Отель уставший, номера очень уставшие. В первый день было ощущение что даже пол не был помыт, ходили в обуви. Середина октября - бассейн не обслуживается. Договорится с персоналом по одному вопросу размещения не удалось. Я не понимаю откуда такой рейтинг. Приветственные 0.5 литра воды - мимо
Breakfast was not at the Royalissa City apartment but at the Royalisa Palmiye Beach hotel which is about a 15 minute walk away.
It is fortunate that none of us have walking difficulties.
On booking.com this was not described, but if you click on breakfast at the Royalisa City apartment there is a picture of tables and chairs by their pool which is very misleading
When we had to book rooms for four adults in two rooms, it was very unclear how to do it on booking.com. We typed four people and two rooms into the search box above and selected two rooms with breakfast in the submenu. We also received a receipt from booking.com stating that the price was for four people.
When we arrived at the hotel late Saturday night on 11.10, the porter wanted us to pay an extra 300 euros on top of the 709 euros we had already paid to booking.com.
Even though we could show a receipt from booking.com stating that the price was for four adults, the porter would not give us the rooms until we had paid the 300 euros. He then called the hotel manager. He was very unfriendly and arrogant and it was very clear that this was not a new problem for them and that they had experienced this before.
It also appears from their reviews that other families have been in the same situation, and he wanted 5 euros per day per room for air conditioning even though the description of the rooms states that air conditioning is included.
Soundproofing it said that the hotel was soundproof but in our bathroom there was a grate in the wall about 50 x 50 centimeters as the only separation between the neighbor's toilet and ours which we were not very happy to hear the neighbor had fixed his toilet visits. In addition, the toilet was defective, so there was water on the floor all the time. This was reported the next morning. Was told that it would be fixed within 30 minutes. but nothing happened the whole week we were there.
We were able to budget and maximise our stay to train for the Paragliding AccuracyWorld Championships
The Brooklyn restaurant next door was super lovely with delicious food and kind waiters that arranged take aways when we were tired or unwell
Breakfast was at a different venue.
We were moved rooms mid stay which was frustrating after a long day competing

Отдых в конце сентября 2025 года. Отличный вариант для бюджетного проживания, удобная локация рядом пляж Клеопатра, неплохой бассейн, сетевые магазины, рыбный рынок, йома базар (пятничный рынок), кафе, рестораны, при желании можно приготовить что-то из еды (конечно не так много посуды), приветливый персонал, особенно спасибо русскоговорящей девушке из рецепшена, уборка каждый день, смена полотенец раз в три дня, видя стоимость нужно учитывать что это вам не 5 звезд
Хорошее месторасположение (если отталкиваться от цены), недалеко от пляжа, есть свои лежаки, что очень удобно. Рядом все есть, магазины, рестораны, рынок недалеко.
Рядом с отелем есть пару заведений и из них громко играет музыка до полуночи. Надо это учитывать. Правда это курорт и во многих отелях так.

Geruch im Zimmer, laute Putzfrauen, alte Küchenzeile, direkte Klimaanlage -auf das Bett, man kann sehr schnell krank werden. WiFi im 5 Stock funktioniert nicht, Steckdosen nur im Wohnzimmer funktionieren gut.
