Location size of the bedrooms and kitchen well equipped

Braid Apartments was a wonderful experience from start to finish. They pre-check in and check in process was simple and the communication was excellent - they even accommodated my request for an early check-in. The apartments themselves were clean, modern, spacious and welcoming. There was a beautiful welcome basket with juice, croissants, water etc on arrival and all toiletries were supplied. The location was perfect and accessible for walking to all the major Edinburgh hotspots. All in all there is nothing I could fault and we will definitely be back.

Apartwas vreat. Good location. Well equipped. The major issue was the construction noise from the building next door. That was very loud and started at 8am every day. Had we known about that we would have chosen a different location. A more minor issue was that one day the towels weren’t replaced in the onsite bathroom despite the old one being placed in the tub as explained.

The staff was friendly and the check in and checkout was smooth.

An amazing stay in New Town and such great apartments. It is so comfortable and was the perfect size for the length we stayed. We had a kitchen (stove top, refrigerator, microwave oven, plenty of plates, etc.). It was stocked well and even had a laundry machine too. It was perfect! I would absolutely stay here again!

Such a wonderful stay in the perfect location. Walking distance to the royal mile while still being in a quiet pocket of the city center. The apartment was comfortable with aircon available, clean living space and the staff were always ready to assist.

Location, clean, and well maintained

I stayed in a one bedroom apartment for a week whilst working in Edinburgh and I could not have asked for more. It’s a great location, central, but so quiet. Great restaurants and bars on your doorstep and I really could not have asked for more. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and the pint of fresh milk and amazing tea and coffee selection was a lovely unexpected touch. Dishwasher tablets and even laundry tablets were provided, which I’ve never had before.

The bathrobe and Temple Spa toiletries were also a very nice touch and it was another indicator that these apartments have been carefully curated with the guest’s comfort at the centre.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room spacious, as was the living area. The kitchen was a well equipped and had everything you needed to cook and dine in comfort.

The customer service was outstanding from the first phone call to advise me of check in, up to the moment I left. Fabulous stay and I’ll be back, hopefully for leisure not work next time!

The location was really central, so easy to get everywhere you need to go. Bed was very comfy and we have no issues checking in or out. Very clean and also left us some milk in the fridge which was a nice touch.

The Braid apartment was very comfortable and quiet while the location also being handy to bars and restaurants in the New Town. The kitchen was well supplied with tea coffee and sugar, and had all the expected appliances. It was handy to be able to catch up on clothes washing while on holiday. Air conditioning was good to have, in fact it was a bit over zealous in cooling the bedroom, but we just turned it off and on as needed. While the front desk is normally staffed during arrival and departure times, the person seemed be often away, so make sure that you telegraph your expected time of arrival to byMansley so you are greeted. There are a couple of steps up from the pavement.

Location and the lower ground appartment was clean. Well equipped with dishwasher & washing machine.
Unfortunately the air-conditioner was faulty and it ruined our sleep and experience.

Rommet var rent. Rommet hadde alt man trenger tilgjengelig som micro, brødrister, kjøleskap, fryser, stekeovn, dekketøy, handduker og såper, kaffe og te. Til og med badekåper. Vi likte spesielt godt hvor sentralt det lå i byen. Alt vi ønsket å se var i gangavstand fra rommet.
