An almost perfect spot to stay
Pros:

It was lovely and central.
We received the codes for entrance well before our stay.
It was roomy enough for four people

Cons:

I think there should be queen beds in both bedrooms
Double bed for a couple is not ok

Great location, nice little apartment
Pros:

Great location and very helpful staff. They held my luggage after check-out and made sure it was ready for me at the exact time I would return.

Cons:

The couch was quite dirty and it was pretty cold inside even with all the radiators on.

Cons:

L'appartamento BA05, situato al piano rialzato con affaccio su Thistle street e fornito di cucina attrezzata, mancava di un tavolo con sedie per poter pranzare. Disponeva solo di un tavolino da salotto basso e non proprio adeguato per consumare un pasto.
Il letto non era molto comodo per i miei gusti

Fabulous stay!
Pros:

Excellent location, fabulous property, everything we needed for a perfect family stay! Milk in the fridge & tea, coffee etc there on arrival. Digital access to the property and our apartment which was very spacious. Someone on reception during the day… felt very safe. We checked out at 11am and they kept our luggage with no charge until later in the afternoon. Would definitely stay again!

Pros:

Friendly, polite and courteous staff. Helped with allowing me to store my luggage before my departure. Excellent location and the room was comfortable, clean and well-maintained.

Cons:

I was on a ground floor apartment and it was a little noisy outside on the Friday and Saturday nights, but this is to be expected from a city centre location.

Great option for Edinburgh downtown
Pros:

Great option for Edinburgh. Good location, we walked everywhere from there; everything was clean, and it’s awesome to have space for a breakfast at home one or two days, or have more space. Toilet was also pretty clean.

Cons:

Only thing I could complain was the bed, as it had indentation on the right side. Nevertheless, we could sleep.
