Waren nichteinmal in der Lage Handtücher die weggenommen werden wieder frische auszulegen Tgl beim Frühstück die selben Sachen die wahrscheinlich Tage lang ins Kühlschrank und wieder rauskamen Rotkraut Salat war schon so eklig das es sauer Schmeckte

Een medewerker heeft in de hotelkamer cadeau'tjes geopend en gestolen. Ik wacht nu 10 dagen op een reactie van het hotel. Ik bericht ze vrijwel elke dag voor een reactie. Maar ontvang geen reactie terug.

Daarnaast ruiken de kamets naar sigaretten, werkt de airco niet goed en krijg je maar één handdoek terwijl je met zijn tweeen verblijft. Ondanks na meerdere malen gevraagd te hebben naar een extra handdoek en de werking van de airco.

No aircon , they say its closed for november when it was 25 degrees C.
Couldnt sleep all night


Hamaam was non welcoming, massage was no good.

The location was a very good.
The room was spacious but the furniture was old and the toilet need serious maintenance. I will not come and stay there again.

İlk kez kaldığım bir otel. Açıkçası çok büyük beklenti ile gitmedim . İyiki de bu şekilde gitmişim.
Resepsiyon elinden geldiğince nazik , çok daha fazlasını yapmalılar.
Odaya kadar yönlendirme yapan arkadaşların çokça eğitime ihtiyacı var.
Oda temizliğinden ne yazık ki sınıfta kalırlar .
Sigara içilmeyen bir oda tercih ettiğim halde ağır bir sigara kokusu vardı , odada.
Otel içinde müşterilerin hiçbiri neredeyse maske kullanmıyorlardı. Bir uyarı da duymadım .
Bir daha kalmayacağımı düşünüyorum.

It was great ebough .. but tge AC was not working so sometimes you get hot. The best service guy was there his name OKAN from reception desk. Was talking English and helpful as well.
