Cons:

No quarto não tinha cabides a disposição, no meu quarto não houve a limpeza diária, no café da manhã as 8h já não tinha mais café coado e só expresso e eu não gosto. Quando reclamei das acomodações e da falta de limpeza o funcionários não me deram nenhuma solocução.

Foi reportado que a reserva foi cancelada, quando na verdade não tinha sido. Causou transtorno desnecessário, nunca tivemos esses problemas em outras acomodações. O conforto da acomodação não compensa o transtorno para o funcionário.

As toalhas precisam ser trocadas, muito encardidas!
O quarto e wc poderia ter uma opção pra luz branca (mais forte), difícil fazer maquiagem por exemplo ou procurar alguma coisa se cair no chão.

Fomos para conhecer a cidade, minha filha está estudando e morando em Bauru, foi um fds. Ficamos pouco no hotel. dormimos e tomamos o café da manhã que estava muito bom.
