O direcionador do ar condicionado está quebrado. Senta na mesa para trabalhar e o ar fica direcionado nas costas. Troquei de quarto e estava a mesma coisa. ou seja, parece que todos estão quebrados.

Dia 07 do março/26 pela manhã; funcionária da checagem do frigobar entrou 2x no meu quarto sem bater falando que tinha que lançar itens do frigobar e na segunda falando que tinha que repor itens (em uma delas aliás eu e minha mulher estávamos com roupa íntima). Isso antes do horário do check out e sem ter pedido check out. Só não dou zero estrelas porque não tem essa opção. E olha que já me hospedei pelo mundo inteiro (minha conta é genius maior level), ou seja se estou reclamando pode acreditar que foi um absurdo.
