Hotel em adaptação ao novo proprietário (Fênix Hotéis) e com infraestrutura condizente com os preços praticados

Cons:

Faltou controle remoto da TV e secador do banheiro não funcionava, mas foram resolvidos pelos funcionários rapidamente. Apesar de constar ponto de recarga de veículos elétricos, este foi retirado pelo proprietário anterior. Constaram itens consumidos no frigobar que não foram consumidos durante a estadia.

As recepcionistas foram muito educadas conosco.

Cons:

Durante a estadia, logo ao chegarmos na acomodação, o quarto estava com cheiro forte de esgoto, conversei na recepção e nos trocaram de quarto, sem problemas até então.
Porém, ao acordar pela amanhã, percebemos a falta de água no quarto. Ligamos para comunicar a recepção e disseram que já estavam sabendo e que um técnico já estava à caminho. Passaram cerca de 2 horas e não havia voltado, solicitei a troca de quarto.
Entendo que um problema como esse pode ocorrer, porém o posicionamento do hotel poderia ser outro, por exemplo, nos avisar da falta de água na torre e em seguida já alocar o hóspede, sem que fosse necessário pedir.
