Pros:

Passei 7 dias nesse hotel e sinceramente foi uma das piores experiências que já tive. O atendimento é horrível, funcionários despreparados, debochados e com atitudes claramente preconceituosas e desrespeitosas com os hóspedes. Em vários momentos me senti desconfortável e até desdenhada pela equipe.
A limpeza do quarto também era péssima. Faziam tudo de qualquer jeito, limpavam apenas “por cima”, sem o mínimo cuidado ou higiene adequada. O ambiente no geral é deplorável e muito abaixo do que prometem.
Fiquei apenas porque já estava hospedada e não queria o transtorno de procurar outro lugar às pressas, mas foi no impulso e me arrependi profundamente. Não recomendo para ninguém que queira ser tratado com respeito, conforto e dignidade. Existem lugares muito melhores, mais profissionais e humanos, onde os hóspedes são tratados com dignidade. Foi uma experiência desagradável, estressante e decepcionante.
Espero que a administração reveja urgentemente a postura da equipe, porque o nível de atendimento está deplorável.

Pros:

O café da manhã é muito bom, muitas opções.
Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e solícitos.
O quarto é bom, limpo e silencioso.
Todas as áreas são limpas e organizadas.

Cons:

Não consegui desligar o ar condicionado e passei frio à noite.
Quando fui entrar no quarto, depois do café da manhã, a fechadura travou, não abria com o cartão, mas, de repente, abriu.

Cons:

O hotel fica bem longe do centro da cidade, o Waze computou mais ou menos 5km, fica em um bairro mais industrial. O hotel é bem simples, os quartos são bem pequenos e rústicos. Eu decidi ir para um outro hotel em uma região melhor.
