Cons:

Fiquei presa no elevador com minha mãe. Uma idosa de 83 anos. Durante todo o tempo que ficamos presas mesmo tocando varias vezes o telefone e o alarme do elevador , nenhum funcionario do hotel nos ligou ou foi falar conosco que já estavam providenciando ajuda. A sorte é que tinhamos outros membros da familia no hotel . Consegui contato com eles pelo meu proprio celular e eles que pediram ajuda.
