O recepcionista muito atencioso
Bom café da manhã e equipe solícita e gentil.
O ar-condicionado não estava funcionando bem e não podia ter a temperatura regulada.
Tive um problema sério pois cancelei uns dos quartos em tempo e o hotel não mostrou o mínimo interesse em resolver meu problema.
Pra completar, utilizei 3 quartos e tive pagar por 4 quartos pq nenhum funcionário sabia como proceder para resolver.
No sábado fiz uma ligação pra vcs e falei com o atendente Joao que ao entrar em contato com o hotel, também não conseguiu resolver.
Fui informado por um funcionário que a funcionária Luana ou Luciana do financeiro entraria em contato comigo para resolver mas também nada entrou em contato.
Preciso saber como fazer para ser reembolsado desse quarto que foi cobrado a mais .
A localização é ótima, não precisa atravessar a cidade e nem entrar aqui, virar ali, é um retão só e principalmente para quem não conhece a cidade, a localização é excelente.
Na rua ao lado tem um restaurante Moinho maravilhosoooo... comida deliciosa.
Os recepcionistas são muitíssimo educados e prontos para nos atender.
