Cons:

staff was not only unhelpful, they made things worse. I coordinates for an early checkin (which they charged me 25% extra for) but when I arrived the room was not ready and I had to wait for three hours for the room to be ready. I had changed my plans based on their confirmation of availability and got there waiting for a room to shower and rest after hiking Acatenango and taking the overnight bus, but was met with intransigent host and no intention to solve despite their mistake. I was also told I was going to be riding a private shuttle to Belize city, but then after change of host, they told me there were no means of transport and I had to fend for myself. I also had a controversy when confirming my stay, because on the main page of booking I was shown a promo with a discount, but when paying it was not applied, and as soon as I saw the charge I contacted them and they said this was final price and that the promo had expired. Too bad because the location is great, but their service is too bad.

Good location. Decent sized room. Good view from the balcony and the restaurant/bar is convenient with good food/drinks

Localização e a vista dos dois últimos quartos

Cons:

Tinhamos 3 noites e nos trocaram 3 vezes de quarto. O 1° quarto era de esquina super barulhento impossível. Os outro eram ótimos ( como a foto), mas só tinha1 noite de disponibilidade em cada um. Na saída o check-out seria às 12:00hs. Faz muito calor em Flores e eles desligaram o Ar Condicionado às 11:00h !!!!
