Perfect view, location, and wonderful staff
Pros:

The location was superb, the view - stunning, the staff (particularly Frederico) warm, welcoming, and very very lovely & helpful

Cons:

A wee bit loud at times, not great insulation between rooms but didn’t impact our stay at all (more of an fyi…)

Gutes Preis-Leistingsverhältnis aber man sollte an Renovierung denken

Das Hotel ist sehr gut an der Westseite der Insel gelegen und hat auch eine Dachterrasse, wo man sich den Sonnenuntergang ansehen kann. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Betten waren komfortabel und die Zimmergröße angemessen. Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Cons:

Leider ist es extrem hellhörig und ohne Ohropax macht man kein Auge zu, da bis spät in die Nacht Party gemacht wurde. Das Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig und unser Fenster ging im Bad nicht auf, was auch Schimmelspuren erklärt.

Nie polecam. Głośno i drogo.
Pros:

Niestety tylko łóżko było wygodne

Cons:

Oszustwo plus głośność. Bardzo głośno w pokoju, zarówno z ulicy mimo zamkniętych okien ( są tak słabe że nie ma właściwie różnicy czy są zamknięte czy otwarte) jak i z korytarza ( drzwi są cienkie) jak i jednostek zewnętrznych klimatyzacji ( nie wiem czy ktoś je w ogóle serwisuje).
Cena z booking nie obowiązywała w ogóle, zapłaciłam sporo więcej.

Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was very clean. The bed was nice and hard so I slept well, and the room was quite spacious. The terrazzo on the 3rd floor was a great place to hang out, though the wifi was weak up there.

Cons:

I liked everything about the Hotel Casa Amelia except the shower head. The volume of water coming out was low, making it difficult to get a good wash. At the same time, the thin streams of water were so intense that they stung a little.

Good stay on Flores and within walking distance of picking up tours to Tikal!
Pros:

Casa Amelia was in good walking distance of shops, the community center (watched kids play basketball in the evenings after dinner) and the bakery for early morning coffee. Dinners were great at the restaurant overlooking the water and the food and drinks were good.

Cons:

Very noisy in the evenings and mornings with loud motorcycle traffic and boats touring the water nearby with loud parties and even louder music when we needed to get some rest before early departure to our next destination.
