Very helpful staff, great central location. Pretty views of the lake from our terrace. A/C in the room worked well and was necessary.

Cons:

The room was rather small for 3 people and at night it got very noisy from surrounding clubs. The music from the clubs is the trade-off for the central location but just be aware.

Nice hotel in good location

Or room was a good size with a very big, comfy bed. Good sized bathroom with great shower. We had dinner at the restaurant which was really nice. Location is very good to explore the town, plus it’s overlooking the lake.

Cons:

The floor always felt dirty, like there was always a layer of dust. This may have been due to the extremely loud building works that we’re going during our stay. We weren’t warned of the works and they were very disruptive, especially as we were up at 3am to go to Tikal.

Great location, helpful staff.
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location. My room was very clean and had a mini-split air conditioning unit, which was needed with the heat. The staff were kind and attentive. Staff were particularly helpful in organizing my shuttle to the airport when I needed to make a last-minute change to my timing.
