Per un problema di prenotazioni della struttura, non hanno potuto metterci nella stanza prevista per noi e ci hanno proposto un’altra opzione per il nostro alloggio, che abbiamo accettato. Il giorno dopo, mentre noi eravamo via a visitare Tikal, sono entrati nella nostra stanza dove avevamo lasciato tutte le nostre cose sparpagliate e ci hanno spostato a nostra insaputa in una stanza diversa, evidentemente perché quella proposta da loro gli era tornata utile per alloggiare qualcun’altro. Quindi rientrate in albergo, abbiamo trovato altre persone nella nostra stanza, le nostre cose erano sparite e abbiamo poi scoperto che le avevano spostate altrove. Mi sembra scorretto entrare nella stanza di un ospite e toccare le sue cose senza avere il permesso. È stato un grave episodio di mancanza di privacy e di forte disagio.

Air con was an absolute lifesaver in the heat - incredibly comfortable and clean hotel. Staff very attentive and helped us get to the airport for our flight on time. Great location for getting to local restaurants and your meeting points.

Mooie en ruime kamer. Ligging aan het water en leuk dakterras.

Cons:

Jammer dat ze geen zicht op het meer aanbieden, desnoods tegen een meerprijs.
Toen wij er waren was de airco defect...laat dat nu juist een doorslaggevend element geweest zijn bij de keuze van dit hotel. Gelukkig was er nog een plafondventilator maar die werkte enkel in de hoogste snelheid.

Im Restaurant wurden bei der Rechnung automatisch 10%Trinkgeld dazugzählt. Als ich mich darüber beschwerte, weil ich selbst entscheiden möchte, wie viel Trinkgeld ich gebe, wurde die Rechnung anstandslos wieder geändert.

O quarto tinha uma linda vista para o lago. É limpo, a cama é confortável.

llegué algo enfermo y priorizaron tenerme la habitación lista antes de tiempo para que pueda recuperarme. ¡muy agradecido!

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de ligging was erg goed (direct aan het water), kamers waren schoon en er is airco.

Cons:

Het bed is erg hard geveerd dus dat lag niet super lekker, daarnaast heb je voor hetzelfde geld een nabijgelegen hotel met zwembad wat er ook erg goed uitzag.

It was very clean. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff helped us book a private bus to Rio Dulce. Location is great.
