Pros:

De tudo. Eu amo esse hotel. Já ficamos mais vezes e todas as vezes que venho para cá só queremos ficar nele. Funcionários educados, compreensivos, sem palavras. Boa sentimos acolhidos aqui. O quarto é muito bom e a limpeza nem se fale ! Estão de parabéns ! Ah, e a localizando é perfeita !

Nos hospedamos no hotel para ir ao parque Thermas de São Pedro e a experiência foi boa. A recepção foi atenciosa, o quarto e o banheiro estavam muito limpos, e o café da manhã é simples, mas atende bem.

Cons:

Reposição de alimentos e utensílios (pratos, copos e talheres) é bem demorada. A retirada das louças das mesas também demora bastante e acaba gerando estresse, pois muitos hóspedes ficam aguardando uma mesa limpa para sentar. Percebi que há poucos funcionários no setor, o que provavelmente contribui para essa demora e também me surpreendi com o custo do estacionamento de 15 reais.
