Bom lugar para descanso em família
Pros:

Gostamos da alimentação e da tranquilidade do local. As águas das piscinas tbm eram ótimas!

Cons:

Embora o hotel tenha sido reformado , ainda é bastante antigo e o elevador é muito antigo, assim como algumas partes do hotel.

Cons:

Só um detalhe. Os copos do quarto que são usados, não foram trocados por limpos. Ficou o mesmo nos quatros dias. No mais, quarto limpo todos os dias.

Café da manhã, almoço e jantar muito bons. Excelente atendimento dos funcionários durante a hospedagem, todos muito solícitos.

Durante o processo da reserva fiz contato pelo WhatsApp com o setor de reservas do hotel e achei a forma como fui atendida muito seca, também fiz uma solicitação sobre a forma de pagamento, a qual não tive resposta, só descobri que o pedido foi aceito no momento do Check-Out, quando não fazia mais sentido, pois não me programei.
Os travesseiros não são bons. Faltou local para estender a roupa molhada, visto que o forte do hotel são as piscinas termais, outra decepção foi o chuveiro elétrico. Durante a hospedagem meu neto machucou o pé na brinquedoteca, tem uma madeira em torno do estofado que fica envolta do escorregador/piscina de bolinhas, que não vai até o chão, ele prendeu o calcanhar no espaço entre a madeira e o chão, machucou bastante, por isso nossa experiência não foi a esperada. Sugiro preencher o espaço com alguma borracha, ou, que a própria madeira vá até o chão.
