Please take into consideration that Tikal National Park is located in a remote location in the jungle. There are no common electricity, telephone, or internet connections. The Hotel provides its own electricity via a power generator, with certain hours of operation. Telephone service is Satellite-based (charge applies) Internet connection is satellite-based, connection subject to weather conditions which may disrupt connection at times.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Swimming pool areas was nice. Location was good.
Shower was terrible!!! Shower floor was slimy.
There was roof construction room occurring in the ceiling above our room. If the management want to do this they shouldn't use the affected rooms.

Ideaal om vanaf hier Tikal te verkennen. Voor ons was 1 nachtje genoeg. Sfeervol hotel en super vriendelijk personeel die graag meedenken en meehelpen!

La ubicación es excelente y la piscina viene espectacular después de una buena caminata en el Parque! Muy bueno también el servicio de transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto de Flores.
Las instalaciones podrían actualizarse, principalmente el baño, comenzando por detalles como percheros para colgar toallas u otras cosas.
Peaceful and relaxing lodging which is super convenient when visiting Tikal. The staff is very friendly, the restaurant is good and the swimming pool large and a welcome refreshment.

Staff spoke excellent English, was very professional and helpful, arranged a private driver for us and gave good suggestions. The pool was clean and easy to use. A friendly place!

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen für den National Park. Wenige Gehminuten vom Eingang entfernt. Jedoch zum Hotel zu kommen ist ein teures unterfangen ich habe für die hin- und Rückfahrt 130 USD gezahlt und leider ist es den aufenhalt nicht wert

The location and the pool were fantastic. Incredible location for Tikal and the bungalow was lovely apart from the lack of hot water.
There was no hot water in our room for two days.
All the fish options from the menu were not available during our stay.
The hotel shuttle bus was literally twice the price of other shuttle buses making the exact same journey!
I was incredibly lucky to be upgraded to a bungalow, because of renovating my room. Absolutely loved the place, with the spider monkeys already showing off in the garden.
Uns hat das Zimmer und der Pool super gefallen. Tikal ist wunderschön!!!!! 300 Meter weg vom Parkeingang. Wir haben hier zwei Nächte verbracht. Unvergesslich!!! Das Frühstück war gut, aber zum Abendessen einfach in die Lodge gegenüber gehen (100 Meter).
Das Essen war im Jaguar-Inn viel besser!!!
