The Regent Resort Phuket

Huone sijaitsi hieman erillään kadun varressa. Ei mitään eristeitä joten kova melu öisin.

Aamupala niukka. Kaksi vaihtoehtoa joista valita. Toinen joka päivä: muna, paahtoleipä, salaatti. Toinen vaihtoehto vaihtui. Teetä ei ollut saatavilla eikä vettäkään saanut kuin lisämaksusta. Lapsille ei mitään aamiaisvaihtoehtoja. Aamuoalapaikan työntekijä todella töykeä. Ei lainksan tyypillistä mihin muutoin Thaimaassa tottunut.

Hotellihuone siivottiin todella hyvin☺️.

If you book a standard room take a pillow and sleep on the main road at least you can be close to the restaurants etc. the standard rooms ARE the driveway, non stop cars,bikes, people walking past the room and if you open the blinds every one will see everything. No privacy and way too noisy all day and night. Staff were very friendly and helpful but no way those rooms should be offered as accommodation.

Room seemed different than in pictures even tho it was the same. It was quite dark room unless you opened up window but then everyone could see you inside. Beds were uncomfortable and shower not working properly.

We waited breakfast 20 minutes even tho we did not even got to choose what are we going to est. You can just imagine that end up being a total disappointment. I could not recommend.

Staff were nice, nothing bad to say about friendly staff.

Luckily it was only short stay so we managed and price was low ~35€ per night

The overall services is great. However, they can improve on the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of their swimming pool. I didn’t get to enjoy the swimming pool as the corners have flying insects and seemed like someone puke in the water.

About the location. It is quiet and peaceful. About 20-25 minutes walk to the beach and not too many dinning options outside.

We had issues with AC (it was constantly turning on and off and we could not sleep, and they could not fix) and despite issues, service and staff were not so great. breakfast was good but other meals are expensive and not worth it

It is a very nice resort. Love the big pool for swimming and gym facilities. Nice to have a restaurant also.

Pool is great, breakfast is okay overall is value for money

Good aircon, comfortable room, good bathroom and pretty good breakfast.

Siivous oli 10. Altaat hyvät ja isot. Liikenteen melu illalla ja yöllä tosi kova. Väliseinät tosi ohuet, puheääni naapurista kuuluu tosi hyvin, pappi laulaa kova-äänisestä yöllä. Pitkä ja vaarallinen kävelymatka rantaan ja ostoksille.

Dirty bathroom(i have taken pictures) we were on time(before 18:00) for the check-in and the security guy gave us the keys and he left, and didn't explain what to do etc

Good location. Near to beach, shops, bars, restaurant and beautiful beach.

The room was teribble, dirty and destroyed, stay in that room was unpleasant. The staff refuse to give my another room and was rude, the cleaning ladyies were really nice though. Only the swimming pools were nice, the gym need maintenance as well. Kamala is a quite and small city, much less tourist than other city's on Phuket. The beach is beautiful there.
