Not cleaned, Dirty bedsheets and no ventilation very disappointed
Staff was very good and cooperative. Nice location for peaceful site seeing. A bit far from main noisy murree locations. Nice view from room.
Parking area is very steep, road are bit old and need repairs for proper in and out from the hotel. Otherwise ample parking area.
Location and Food.
One room was smelly, no proper exhaust.
Stayed at Hotel One Bhutan for one night and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole place felt calm and peaceful. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax. Overall, a wonderful stay — 10/10!
Beautiful place and the view is stunning
Nothing
Pathetic services. People at their staff seriously lack hospitality. No cleaning services are provided. Food which you order is pathetic. Breakfast is the only good thing along with valley view at this stay. Their rooms are way below average solely because they don't clean the place. It's not family friendly at all. Drains in rooms stink bad. To top it all off you try to ask for cleaning from room service and to your surprise they keep shifting the blame on each other for some reason and no one will take any responsibility at all whatsoever. When it comes to charging you they will overcharge the shit out of you be very careful and ask for detailed receipt and charges for everything.

Amazing location. Just 10mins away from PC Bhurban. Serene, calm and close to nature.
Bathrooms need a bit restoration.
Everything was good but not value for money. And that is because of, Location just fine, Facility seems like not managed and bad order in basement rooms. In total if same facility is provided at at-least half the price i may consider it worth while but for the Price of 5 star hotel its not value for money. Breakfast was avg. with basic menu.
Check-in was awful even I called the facility a day before my trip they never shared the information required. Basement room is in bad shape, bad smell not something you expect from such property. Overall I will not pay this much to stay in the property.
Location was best and easy to access, got the room with best views from balcony, staff was very cooperative, food is very good and comparatively economical, safe parking.
Hotel wifi was not up to the mark. Cellular networks and Data is also weak there.

The facilities need extensive renovation as the rooms and toilets were very outdated and were not renewed to fit the bill.
