Pros:

Overall comfortable stay but the standout thing was the staff. They were super cooperative and helpful. Mr. Mudassir on the front desk, ahmar and chef sajjad were always there to help and made us feel at home.

Cons:

I stayed here for work, and unfortunately, the water situation was unacceptable. The water coming out of the tap was murky and had a strange texture/smell. It honestly looked like wastewater or grey water was mixing with the supply. This made basic tasks like brushing teeth or washing my face feel unhygienic, and I bought bottled water just to wash up. For the price and for a business stay where you need to freshen up, this is a major issue. Management needs to address the plumbing or water source immediately
