ATM Centre Hotel

It looks nicer on the inside than the outside. The rooms are quite spacious, but cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathrooms. I got free breakfast with my stay which was a great value, nothing special but it was perfectly fine. The hotel is only a 15 minute walk from the Metro Station which has direct trains straight into the city centre (about 20 mins) and the airport (about 10 mins). There's also a large shopping mall less than a ten minute walk away with plenty of shopping and dining options. Overall a nice place and I would stay here again.

If you're coming in late to Sofia like I did I would recommend this hotel for your first night. It's simple and you get what you pay for.

Very good value for money

Very well assisted by the staff. It is a two star basic hotel but very good for the price. Overall very good for what it is.

we claimed the breakfast that was not served as a dry package.
unfortunately it was not provided to us in the morning.

Great price. Convenient and cooperative airport transportation. No climate control in room - HOT, like Havana hot. But for the price, worth it. Also, a fabulous restaurant (The Tavern) 1 block away - truly exceptional.

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. Room was old and dirty with scuffed furniture. Air conditioning did not work and the room was uncomfortably hot. The receptionist told us to leave our hotel room door open. We got up in the morning to take the shuttle to the airport and all of the hotel staff were extremely rude and aggressive. We were treated like garbage. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Rooms spacious and really warm, shower really powerful and hot but not really cleaned properly, breakfast ok, but it’s very cheap to stay there

Stayed here one night before an early flight from the airport.
For the price the hotel was excellent and staff helpful.

Everything was great exept the TV- the signal was terrible. I asked the reception for help but nothing happend.

Free transfer to airport included even in the middle of the night. They also kindly offered us a packed breakfast to take with us to the airport. The room is big and comfortable. Very good for the price.

We have stayed at the property about 8 time over the last couple of years and not had any problems. The costs are very reasonable. Ideal for the airport. The one thing I didn't like was the hotel became very popular in the summer and each time I tried to book it was full. Not the hotels fault just shows you what it's like in the summer. I will hopefully be using it again around Oct/Nov if I can get a room.

I have been usingt ATM Hotel for an overnight stat for many years and serivce was always excellent.

functional, clean, friendly staff, sufficient parking space, elevator, very spacious room, TV with 200 channels, WiFi only worked for smartphone, not for laptop?, decent breakfast, also a very good price-performance ratio, recommendable, shuttle-service very close to the airport, so never traffic jam, I'll return

The hotel was nice for the price. The room was spasious and clean. The hotel staff was friendly. I have only one negative notice- the windows couldnt be opened.
