The Legend Platine Suite

We have booked a room at this hotel, through booking.com. While booking it was clearly mentioned that no prepayment was required. However Hotel charged amount to our credit card without our consent. Once we realised that amount was debited , we immediately contacted the hotel and they have agreed that they have charged my card. We had to Cancel our booking as our plans got changed. I have cancelled the booking and informed the hotel on April 17th. More than a month, we still haven't received the refund. Sent them multiple reminders through website and their WhatsApp no. They say some problem with bank. Can't trust as no bank will have problem for more than a month. Hotel didn't share any evidence of refund with me to follow up with bank.

I cannot put zero otherwise I would. I left this hotel after not even 2 hours there. It was just a nightmare. I payed for something that was suppose to be a better room and it was not refundable of course. 450 euros down the drain. I sent an email and the property didn’t reach back. Just avoid this hole at all costs, that’s my only suggestion. The lowest crawling you can get, feeling claustrophobic, A/C was on but not working and for the 2 hours that I spent there it went on and off like 6 times. The room was not only dirty (hair of any kind in the bed, stains everywhere, dust and sticky surfaces), the sofa had holes in it (the ones made by moth) and the fabric bed frame was in the same condition. Stay away.

Changing bed sheets and room cleaning service is bad

It was friendly family run small hotel very near to all facilities and centrally located. ALI AND HIS DOUGTER DENIZ cant do enough for you. We will recommend to any body will deffo come back. SMALL IS ALWAYS IS BEAUTIFUL.

It most convenient and affordable small family run hotel . Nothing is to much for ALI AND HIS DOUGHTER DENIZ. We have stayed 5 days and it wont be first time.it right heart if the Istanbul. I cant ask more on my behalf.
If you beed anything just ask.

The staff is really amazing, and that was the highlight of our stay. We were only in Istanbul for 2 days, and thankfully didn’t have big bags with us, as the rooms are tiny and there is no space to open a suitcase larger than a carry on.
It was warm (travelled in December), and there were no major issues. The room needs a bit of updating and paint, and I tried not to look too much into the details of the cleaning. The bedsheets and towels were clean, but worn out.

We didnt get the quadropole room as hotel.com reservetion but Ali did his best and gave us two connected double rooms and everything was ok, clean and comfortable.
Will come back again for sure to this lovely hotel in the heart of istiklal street and with a big value for money

With new name The Legend Platine suite, we stayed at the suite with terrace it was amazing and ı would like to thank everybody there was helpfull and respectly. I am looking forward to be there soon..

Buena ubicación si buscas el barrio de Taksim y/o necesitas usar el Havabus que va al aeropuerto de Sabiha. Personal atento y la habitación limpia. Volvería sin duda.

Odalar fazlasıyla küçüktü, iki kişi aynı anda hareketi bile çok kısıtlıydı. Temizlik yetersizdi, çarşaf konusunda özellikle.. Konum olarak gayet iyi, her yere yakın.

nice,mulitlingual and helpful people at the reception desk

Unfassbar.. einfach unfassbar. Es wurde nur Mülleimer geleert und hin und wieder eine Flasche Wasser hingestellt. Das ist ansatzweise nicht unter Dienstleistung zu verstehen. Auch auf persönliche Bitte hin wurde nichts unternommen. Deutet eindeutig auf den mieserablelen Standart dieses Hotels hin. Mehr als Enttäuscht, menschenunwürdig und Fassungslos. Urlaub ist futsch.

Location is great. Near to taksim. Staff are freindly. Room is clean. Only room is small. Comparing with price is reasonable. We stayed 6 days and enjoy it. Recomend you. On front of hotel iranian restaurant and caffeine is available.

Otel çok güzel konumda çok fazla çalışanı yoktu..
Gayet ilgili bir personel vardı.. fakat oda konforu açısından pek memnun olmadım çok küçük bir oda idi...

First they cancelled my friends booking the day we got there so she had to book again and pay extra. They didn’t clean the room 2 days in a row, I had to go to the front desk and get clean towels. I won’t stay there again.

We stayed for four days and they didn’t clean the room at all. I kept going to the reception and ask them to clean the room but they didn’t

We have waited until 4 and the room was read... after putting our stuff in the room they changed the room without informing us and moved our clothes and missed them up... I don’t recommend this place what so ever.. I have moved all around Turkey and stayed in different places but never seen such attitude
