Cons:

Propreté de la piscine avec sable dès le matin dans le bassin. La ligne d'eau est très jaunie ce qui donne une impression de saleté . L'accès avec l'échelle mériterait d'être modifié
L'état du carrelage du jacuzzi : carreaux abîmés, certains morceaux était au fond du bassin, les joints sont tachés et très abimés à certains endroits

Pros:

Uns hat in diesem Hotel alles gefallen- Frühstück und Abendessen alles sehr lecker - schöne geräumige Zimmer, alle mit Meerblick, sehr ordentlich und sauber immer alles gereinigt. Regelmässiger Handtuchwechsel für Strand und Pool. Einfach herrlich zum entspannen- genau das richtige Hotel um mit Genuss seine Badeferien zu geniessen.

Pros:

Posizione meravigliosa, direttamente sulla spiaggia. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

In un hotel stellato vedere i clienti che si accaparrano i lettini all'alba e nessuno interviene, è imbarazzante. La non flessibilità dell' orario per la cena non è adeguata ad una struttura di questo livello. L' offerta per la cena e la pulizia in camera non adeguate al livello e al prezzo proposto.

We have just returned from our first stay at XQ El Palacete, and what a wonderful experience it was.

The hotel’s location is exceptional, overlooking the beach with stunning views of the ocean, but what truly sets this place apart is the people. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their warmth and dedication create such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, and they are undoubtedly the reason so many guests return year after year.

The rooms were immaculate throughout our stay. They were cleaned daily to an exceptionally high standard, with fresh towels provided each day and the added touch of a nightly turndown service. Having a spacious balcony with uninterrupted sea views was a real luxury and meant we could enjoy the beautiful surroundings at any time of day. Waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean each morning was simply wonderful.

The food was one of the highlights of our stay. The quality, variety, and presentation were outstanding, with every meal offering something delicious to enjoy. Breakfast provided a fantastic start to each day, while dinner was always something to look forward to, with an excellent selection of fresh and beautifully prepared dishes.

We also loved spending time at the pool snack bar. Whether enjoying lunch, a coffee, or a cold drink in the sunshine, it was the perfect place to relax and take in the surroundings. The service there was every bit as excellent as throughout the rest of the hotel.

Our favourite time of day was gathering for pre-dinner drinks overlooking the beach. Watching the sky gradually change colour as the sun set each evening was simply spectacular. The ever-changing shades of gold, orange, pink, and purple reflected across the sea created a breathtaking backdrop and became a cherished part of our daily routine.
