Die Möbel im Zimmer sind ziemlich alt. Die Zimmer sind sehr ringhörig.

Perfect place to stay in Fuerteventura. We enjoyed every second of our stay there.
Pros:

This hotel is fantastic. We liked everything about it: location, friendly staff, beautiful room with seaview and terrace and excellent food. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Cons:

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt, wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Meer und an der Promenade ist einfach fantastisch und man hat einen atemberaubenden Blick vom Balkon, von der Bar-/Frühstücksterrasse und von den Liegen aus. Die Liegen sind mega bequem und der Pool angenehm warm. Das Frühstück war total lecker und abwechslungsreich, der frisch gepresste O-Saft war ein Traum und das Abendessen ausgezeichnet.

Réception très sommaire.
Accueil limite, au prix de la chambre, j'aurais aimé qu'on nous monte nos bagages ou un petit rafraîchissement de bienvenue.

A lovely boutique hotel with fantastic views and lovely staff
Pros:

This is a four star hotel but the service and staff are five star. The hotel is situated in the heart of Morro Jable and a short walk into the small town with some cafes and bars, it overlooks the beach and sea and the views are outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. This started when we arrived late, Fuerteventura Airport requires new arrivals to register biometrics on their new system so it took an hour to get processed and we were delayed. However, the staff realised this and saved us supper, they set a table especially for us, it was much appreciated as we were tired and hungry by the time we got there. We were half board and the food was exceptional for buffet style, one of my bug bears at buffet meals is that the food can be luke warm but not here, the soups were great and there was a grill for fish and meat to be made on demand with a hot and cold array of vegetables and sides. It is not a large hotel so you the restaurant itself does not feel like a canteen like many large hotels, it manages to maintain some quiet ambience by having two sittings so it doesn't feel crowded. This also means that you do get to know the staff and fellow guests better. There was never a problem getting a sunbed, there is a policy of no saving beds which was fair for everyone. I would highly recommend a stay here and would love to go back sometime.

Cons:

The weather! it was changeable but we did have some long periods of sun and it didn't keep us from going in the sea :-)

Kleines Hotel, welches sich abhebt von den ‚Riesen‘ und mit ausgezeichnetem Service und top Lage überzeugt.
Pros:

Fantastische Lage mit 180 Grad uneingeschränkter Sicht aufs Meer. Grosser Balkon. Ruhige Lage. Wunderschönes Meeresrauschen.
Sehr nettes, fröhliches und aufmerksames Personal (schöne Ambience untereinander)
1 Flasche Cava auf dem Zimmer am Geburtstag 🥂 sehr aufmerksames Geschenk🙏

Cons:

Raucher beim Schwimmbad.
Gäste, die Liegestühle schon vor dem Frühstück reserviert/blockiert haben.

Schönes Hotel mit Meersicht an zentraler Lage.

Sehr nettes Personal in allen Bereichen.
Sehr gute Buffets für Morgen-und Abendessen.
Schöner Blick auf das Meer von Zimmer Nr. 54.

Cons:

Langer Weg ins Zimmer. Letztes Zimmer im Westen des Hotels (Booking. com Kunden erhalten nie die Topzimmer). Durch den Regen war der ungeschützte Weg zum Zimmer, welcher über mehrere Rampen mit Niveauunterschied führte, oftmals glitschig und gefährlich (Gefahr auszurutschen war gross).
Zimmer liess sich nicht heizen.
Zwei Klassen-Gesellschaft im Hotel.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt. Der Service war außergewöhnlich – extrem bemüht, aufmerksam und jederzeit freundlich. Besser hätten wir uns den Aufenthalt nicht wünschen können.
Das Essen war auch einfach klasse – große Auswahl, hervorragende Qualität und geschmacklich nicht zu übertreffen.
Auch die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen mit direktem Strandzugang. Innerhalb weniger Schritte befindet man sich am Meer und kann den endlosen, wunderschönen Strand in vollen Zügen genießen.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Nichts- alles war perfekt!

Je komt binnen in je badkamer. Dat is even wennen, als je je kamer binnengaat.
