According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. O quarto que hospedei, caia energia tempo todo, e pera enviarem alguém para resolver meu problema eu tinha que ligar várias vezes na recepção e descer pessoalmente e mesmo assim péssimo.

No outro dia me colocaram outro quarto, e continuou o mesmo problema, solicitei alguém para resolver o problema não enviaram.. relatei na recepção ao sair do hotel...

Localização para o que eu precisava.

Cons:

Quarto velho, moveis estragados, pequeno pelo padrão de preço em relação demais que fico em BH. EM relação a outros intercity que fico muito aquém. Chechik demorei mais de 30 minutos....enfim para contribuição.

Localização, espaço e acomodações muito boas.

Cons:

Achei o café da manhã com poucas opções, não tinha um bolo de chocolate, uma nutella. Somente bolo de fubá. Apesar disso, havia boas opções de suco e bebidas quentes.

Tirando a limpeza é um bom hotel
Pros:

A localização é boa para o que eu precisava, funcionários atenciosos, bom café da manhã e quarto espaçoso

Cons:

Infelizmente a Limpeza do hotel deixou a desejar. O Box do banheiro estava muito sujo. Pedi para trocar de quarto e encontrei o mesmo problema no segundo quarto. Além de ter encontrado no chão papel de bala e bolo de cabelo. Apesar de ter gostado da estrutura do hotel, acho que podem melhorar na limpeza.

O atendimento foi ótimo. Recepcionistas super educados e solicitos. Quarto confortável, cama super grande e ótimo chuveiro.

Em domingos e feriados, o café da manhã não é completo. A roupa de cama também é um pouco menor do que o ideal para o tamanho da cama. Tivemos problemas recorrentes com a chave de acesso ao quarto.
