Pros:

🇮🇹 Siamo stati accolti in questo fantastico hotel dal meraviglioso Junior, e volevamo cogliere l'occasione per ringraziarlo pubblicamente per la pazienza dimostrata il primo giorno, quando un problema con la carta di credito ha impedito il pagamento, ma soprattutto per avermi assegnato una camera accessibile tramite scale anziché con l'ascensore.

Volevamo anche ringraziare tutto il personale, dalla cucina alla sala da pranzo e al personale delle pulizie. Tutti sono sempre stati gentili, sorridenti e disponibili.

L'hotel è splendido, con vista sulle dune, e se si alloggia a un piano alto come abbiamo fatto noi, si possono ammirare in tutto il loro splendore.

La colazione è varia, con opzioni dolci e salate, tutte deliziose e sempre gustose.

C'è un ampio parcheggio gratuito di fronte all'hotel e, se non si desidera guidare, si può raggiungere a piedi il centro città o il lungomare, con i suoi numerosi negozi di alimentari e souvenir, oppure godersi musica dal vivo e un drink al tramonto.

Abbiamo sempre mangiato piatti canari; ci piace provare pietanze diverse da quelle a cui siamo abituati.

È stata una settimana meravigliosa e magnifica!

Chissà se avremo la possibilità di tornare un giorno?

Per ora, siamo felici e soddisfatti di tutto.

🇮🇨🇪🇦 Nos recibió en este fantástico hotel el maravilloso Junior, y queríamos aprovechar esta oportunidad para agradecerle públicamente su paciencia el primer día, cuando un problema con la tarjeta de crédito provocó que fallaran los pagos, pero sobre todo por asignarme una habitación con acceso por las escaleras en lugar del ascensor.

También queríamos agradecer a todo el personal, desde la cocina hasta el comedor y el servicio de limpieza. Todos fueron siempre amables, sonrientes y serviciales.

El hotel es precioso, con vistas a las dunas, y si te alojas en una planta alta como nosotros, puedes contemplarlas en todo su esplendor.

Vi er veldig fornøyde med oppholdet. 10/10

Live musikk på kveldene, rolig og stille, komfortabelt, bra beliggenhet til liv, strand og butikker, veldig fint bassengområde

Skulle vært mere og gjøre på hotellet, for eksempel planlagte gruppe aktiviteter som morgenyoga eller lignende

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem gut geführten Hotel an bester Lage.
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage und die gut ausgestatteten Zimmer, welche stets sehr sauber gehalten wurden.
Das freundliche und überaus freundliche Personal.
Wir wurden sogar an unserem 30. Hochzeitstag mit einem Präsent überrascht.
Herzlichen Dank.

Cons:

Der Weg vom Eingang des Strandes zum Pool ist gefährlich rutschig, nachdem man sich den Sand abgespült hat.

tanto el peronal como la gerencia se portaron de maravilla. Mi pareja ha sufrido recientemente una Pancreatitis aguda y tiene que seguir un regimen muy estricto comiendo muy pocas cosas . Ellos se encargaron de todo e incluso de diseñas un menu especifico para ella cada dia. Ademas nos cambiaron la habiatacion a una superior con vistas al mar sin cargo adicional

Ruhige Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht von den oberen Zimmern auf die Dünen und das Meer.
Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Das Abendbuffet hat uns nicht überzeugt. Gute Vorspeisen, Hauptspeisen fürs Auge schön, für den Gaumen manchmal zu matschig, zu trocken oder zu faad, selten sehr gut.

Pros:

This wasn't the first time my wife and I stayed at this hotel. Everything there is excellent. Beautiful ocean view, gourmet restaurant, spacious and bright rooms.

Cons:

The shower stalls are poorly designed; even with low water pressure, a significant amount of water spills onto the floor.
