Tolles Hotel in allem sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Waren nun das 3. Mal da weil wir sehr zufrieden sind . Alles stimmt und nur zu empfehlen. Lage,Essen,Personal direkt bei den Dünen und Meer.Pool sehr schön angenehm warm , immer genügend Liegen und Handtücher,man wird auch dort gerne bedient! Wir werden dieses Jahr nochmal gerne kommen und freuen uns schon . Waren auch in Maspalomas in anderen 5 Sterne Hotel doch es zieht uns immer wieder in dieses da alles viel persönlicher ist und alle Zimmer in Richtung Meer und Dünen liegen ,immer mit viel Sonne .

Cons:

Meckern auf hohen Niveau. Café und mehr Abwechslung beim Joghurt die könnten cremiger sein auch das Eis am Abend mehr Abwechslung und cremiger

Quiet hotel in very busy tourist area.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is superb.Placed right at the Maspalomas dunes . Which makes it quiet and secluded in extremely busy area .
Staff in the hotel is really nice and helpful.

Cons:

Double bed is basically two single beds joined together. Not ideal as the beds move.

Tolle Lage direkt an der Promenade, guter Service und super freundliches Personal. Immer wieder gerne.
Pros:

Es war wieder ein sehr freundlicher Empfang. Ein sehr schönes, super sauberes Haus mit großen, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Zimmern. Super schöner und entspannter Poolbereich. Essen sehr gut und lecker, immer frisch und in reichhaltiger Auswahl. Sehr bemüht uns Gästen ein schönes Weihnachtliches Angebot zu bereiten.

Cons:

Insgesamt schon recht teuer, in ähnlichen Hotels wie RIU Palace hochwertigeres Essen.

One of the best hotels we stayed ...
Pros:

Everything was good , massive room with balcany to the size of a 2 bed flat, one of the best loactions situated close the beach and back of sand dunes so nice. A reason why this hotel is mostly fully booked. BF & dinners lot of varieties nice pool etc..

Cons:

Main entrace access access area is fully marbled , and always wet and a trip hazard for guests. Could have been laid rough / sliprest stones / tiles. It will be fantastic if they build more floors upsatairs and better views for gusts.

Wunderschöner Blick in die Dünen im Meerblickzimmer und saubere geräumige Zimmer
Pros:

Sehr schöne Meerblickzimmer mit Blick auf die Dünen, ruhige Lage unterhalb der Fussgänger-Promenande und direkter Dünenzugang aus dem Hotel.

Cons:

Über die Tage immer wieder instabiles WLAN (Verbindung langsam oder geht gar nicht), Raucher auf anderen Balkonen deren Rauch sich in die Zimmer der Nachbarn zieht.

Eine top-gepflegte Oase für Erholungssuchende am Rande des Naturschutzgebietes
Pros:

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal dort - aus Überzeugung. Und sind immer noch fasziniert von der Lage, dem traumhaften Blick über die Dünen, der abwechslungsreichen und vielfältigen Küche sowie dem immer freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service. Das gesamte Personal, von der Rezeption bis zum Zimmerservive ist fantastisch.

Cons:

Nichts zu bemängeln am Hotel. Aber:
Dieses Jahr mißfiel uns der dröhnende Flugzeuglärm von den Trasnportfliegern für die Paraglidern mit 4-5 mal am Tag für jeweils ca 30 Min. ziemlich. Es könnten wirklich leisere Maschinen eingesetzt werden.

Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig. Cita und Jumbo sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Unbedingt mit Meerblick buchen, jeden Tag ein wunderschöner Sonnenaufgang über den Dünen und Meer. Sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder😊

Endroit magnifique et calme
Pros:

Sérénité, calme, hôtel très agréable et vue splendide sur dunes et la mer. La chambre est confortable et bien aménagée. Le buffet est varié et très bien.

Cons:

Ce n’est que personnel mais peu d’ombre au bord de la piscine.
