Piscine, le lit confortable,
Chambre bruyante, bruits de ventilation ou autre.
Le fait de ne pas pouvoir acheter un café au restaurant sans devoir prendre le déjeuner à 23$.
Le fait de devoir prendre son auto pour aller manger à l’extèrieur.

That I paid extra for an upgraded room and asked for a view in which they told me they couldn’t provide me with and placed me directly across the ice machine and so I had to wake up at 8am bc everyone was using the ice and it’s so loud that it felt like they were pouring ice right next to me. The room also was semi close for the elevator so I could hear kids scream, love paying extra and can’t enjoy myself. And then to top it off, parking is far since everyone parks first come first serve and there was nothing in my conditioner to use for my shower. 😑

Dans l'annonce, il était indiqué 2 grands lits doubles. À notre arrivée, la chambre comprenait un lit double + un lit escamotable aucunement confortable. Avoir su que c'était un lit escamotable, je n'aurais pas pris cette chambre.
Aucune ventilation dans la salle de chambre donc la chambre demeure humide ++ après la douche.
Nous avons du insister pour obtenir des oreillers supplémentaires..
Bref, très décué pour le prix. La chambre et le confort me valait pas 600$/2 nuits.
La chambre était très confortable ainsi que le lit. La propreté était correcte malgré quelques cheveux trouvés sur le plancher.
Le balcon était sale. Il y avait des reste de nourriture sur la table et par terre sous la table. Très décevant pour un établissement de ce genre.

Lots of broken tile in the pool
Quiet location near town
Due to a wedding, it was very busy. We were directed to park at the back, underground parking, and had to carry our suitcases up the stairs and around the front of the building to check in. We were not offered to check in and then park. When we did get to the room, it was clean and adequate but only had a view of the roof and the wedding opposite. We asked to change but there were no rooms available. Not good value for what we paid.
