Not a 4- star experience
Pros:

Overall, it was OK. The room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly. The photos look nice but the place is a little bit outdated and the room was not sound-proof. The restaurant (bistro) was horrible, food looked pretty but everything was bland, fish was overcooked and chewy. Maybe we got there on a bad night, I'm not sure what happened but it was not worth the price. We were looking for a nice experience but everything was overcharged and we felt like there were better options elsewhere. I don't think we'll be back.

Bien, avec les rénovations de la piscine ça va aider.
Pros:

L'emplacement est très bien situé, la chambre était propre et le lit confortable.

Cons:

La piscine désuète et salle, le bruit en soirée, pas de gardien de sécurité pour contrôler les fêtards à l'extérieur qui nous empêche de dormir. Manque de lumière dans le studio urbain, l'unité est très sombre.

Cons:

Le prix en haute saison mais tous les hôtels sont dispendieux et celui ci était le meilleur rapport qualité prix.

Grande chambre éclairer , piscine top

Cons:

Trouver un bas salle, sous le bureau, le contour de metal du foyer est tomber en pleine nuit et la responsable le matin a l’acceuil était mal aimable.

Pros:

Suite urbaine propre et confortable. Personnel plus que sympathique. Mobilier a été remplacer.

Cons:

Arrivé prevu pour 16h00, mais chambre prête passée 17h00
Travaux sur les balcons d3s chambres, il aurait été bien de leur part de au moins nous avertir avant l'arrivée

Really nice hotel with a few very minor things that need improvement.
Pros:

This hotel was very nice. Really. We loved everything about it and will stay here in the future when we visit Magog. Room was contemporary and comfortable with good espresso coffeemaker, good quiet AC excellent beds and pillows. Not too soft and not too firm. Just right.
Good parking and they have an underground garage as well which we used.
Restaurant was nice overall but I think the descriptions in the menu were overall better then the dishes themselves. It wasn't bad by any means. The dishes simply needed more seasoning and maybe more balance.

The reason I took 1 star off is because of 2 issues.
1. The smoke alarm in the room all of a sudden started beeping and asking to press the test button around late evening when we went to bed. And then it quieted down but the same noise woke us up about an hour later. At which time I called the emergency number and some nice guy came right away and removed it. And that's how that problem was solved. Which is fine but I hope it's a one time occurrence and not a constant issue.

2. Also I feel that the bed sheets could be a better quality. They feel fine but they do make a lot of sort of rustling crunchy noise when you move at night. And so if you're not alone I'm bed they are not ideal.

We would come back!
Pros:

Great location, restaurant, and spa! We loved our stay.

Cons:

Tripped coming in the hotel on a side door with a large step up - you should make with with yellow paint or tape.
