Would’ve been great/ but no hot water!
Pros:

It is not her first time going to this hotel. Why we keep coming back is because it’s a beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable, and we love the swimming pool and outdoor hot tub. The rooms are spacious and have a lot of storage space as well as coffee machine and a small fridge.
They have two very good restaurants. One is more casual and burger pub, the other one a little fancier with both having great food. The staff is always very helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this time we were only staying for one night and after going to the hot tub at the end of the afternoon and coming back to our rooms, we weren’t able to wash off the chlorine before going out for dinner because we had no hot water. At best it was lukewarm cold. My husband went downstairs to advise the staff of this issue and we were told that it was probably because many people were using the showers at the same time so to check back later and up the hot water would most probably come back. So we did a quick wash and upon a return from the restaurant, we tried to shower or bathe, but then again the water was lukewarm. It was quite disappointing for such a nice hotel room that is not cheap to not be able to take a comfortable bath before going to bed. Next morning when we were leaving, I did check on the water and at that point it was hot again. Because we have been there at least five other times in the past it would not stop us from going again, but this time was a little disappointing.!

Try something else.
Pros:

The reception was not friendly (they weren’t mean, just standoffish). The hotel is not welcoming. There were few guests the night we stayed, yet we were roomed right next to someone else and it was LOUD! Sort of an odd experience and glad we had earplugs. The pool was cold, and the hottub was barely hot enough to stay in…

Cons:

It wasn’t worth the price paid, and we will try a new place that is more welcoming, has a warmer hottub and better sound proofing.

Que les restaurant n'était pas ouvert les dimanches et les Lundi, ce sont les deux jours d'ailleurs qu'ont avait réservé, pourtant dans l'annonce c'était indiqué avec restaurant déjeuner et souper sur place

Location was amazing, hotel was clean, pools and game room were great

Cons:

1. When we asked about a shuttle we were given the wrong return times and were not told that shuttle doesn't come on weekdays, so on one of the days we waited for 20 minutes outside until we went to reception and were told that there was no shuttle
2. There were no bathrobes- would be nice to have bathrobes for the pool
3. Coffee pods were not renewed- we had to go ask for them at reception
4. Pool was closed at a peak hour for filming and we were asked to leave the pool, although no filming was taking place when we left
5. No drawer to put clothes. Spaces provided for clothing were really inconvenient.

Beau séjour confortable. Très bon service au restaurant.
Pros:

À notre arrivée les draps étaient souillés. J’ai appeler à la réception et en dedans de 10 minutes ils sont venus changer les draps.

Cons:

La piscine n’est pas faite pour relaxer. Elle est remplie d’enfants en tout temps. Le truc aller y a l’heure du souper c’est plus tranquille.
