Die Sauna und das Frühstück war gut

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war sehr schmutzig. Trotz Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde nichts unternommen. Absolut enttäuschend und nicht akzeptabel!
Die Abluft von der Küche muss durch die Badezimmerschächte gehen, es hat extrem nach Essen bei uns im Zimmer in der 1. Etage gerochen.
Parkgebühren 18€ pro Tag ist auch ganz schön teuer.
Wir haben den Pool vermisst, der leider im IV Jahreszeiten ist und nicht im Parkhotel.

Das Hotel liegt absolut schön und Zentral. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das ist wirklich herausragend. Super tolles Frühstück frisch uns sehr abwechslungsreich. Da wir in der Woche dort waren ,war der Preis fantastisch. Sehr gerne wieder

Bis auf das Housekeeping war alles super und wir würden das Hotel auch wieder buchen.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr aufmerksames nettes Personal, leckeres Essen im Restaurant

Cons:

Die Zimmerreinigung hat überhaupt nicht geklappt und entspricht nicht dem, was man von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet.
Aus Personalmangel sollten die Zimmer nur alle 2 Tage gereinigt werden, am 2 Tag hat es dann ja noch sehr gut geklappt, aber danach ist unser Zimmer wohl vergessen worden.
Am vierten Tag mussten wir uns Toilettenpapier an der Rezeption besorgen und die zweite Reinigung mit Handtuchwechsel fand dann Abends am 5 Tag statt, nachdem meine Frau sich telefonisch beschwert hatte.

Im Hotel, Flure roch es sehr nach Gebratenen ( Küchengeruch).

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Personal ist freundlich und sehr zu vorkommend

Cons:

Das Bad in unserem Zimmer ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Die Dusche hatte Schimmel an den Fugen, der Wasserhahn war sehr verkalkt, der Abfluss in der Dusche hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gehabt. Der Teppichboden war sehr verdreckt. Ohne Schlappen konnte man nicht laufen. Wir haben in dem Hotel schon besser übernachtet.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist gut. Frühstück voll in Ordnung.

Cons:

Leider gab es ein paar Sauberkeitsthemen. (Bad). Diese wurden beim Checkout angesprochen. Unser Aufenthalt betrug 2 Tage.

Das nette Personal, die Zimmer Einrichtung, das großzügige Badezimmer

Cons:

Leider waren die Möbel schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktionsfähig, am meisten haperte es an der Sauberkeit(Teppich, Staub, Kalkreste an den Badezimmerfliesen) und das Zimmer war trotz Fenster ankippen in der Nacht sehr warm zum schlafen
