Pros:

Die Lage war gut und die Größe des Zimmers.

Cons:

Leider war das Personal sehr unfreundlich was dem hotel leider einen schlechten Start gegeben hat. Wir sind früh gegen 9 uhr angereist. Anstelle von einem Hallo wurden wir darauf aufmerksam gemacht dass wir erst um 16 uhr einchecken können. Namen wollten sie von uns keinen wissen. Auch als wir eine Stunde später wieder kamen um ein paar Sachen abzugeben wollte niemand wissen in welchem Zimmer wir anreisen werden. Weiterhin war keine Kommunikation möglich ausser dass kein check in möglich ist. Wir sind um 18 uhr wieder gekommen und mussten feststellen dass unser Zimmer noch nicht bereit war. .. eventuell hätte man es gereinigt wenn man uns nach unserem Namen gefragt hätte als wir unser Gepäck abgegeben haben?
Endlich im Zimmer mussten wir feststellen, dass die Bettwäsche alt war. Auch nach Austausch mit frischer Wäsche war diese nicht besser. Ansich war das Bad sauber aber leider auch schimmel hier und da.

Pros:

Great location. Close to subway and bus stop. Various convenience stores on your front door. Big spacious room, comfortable beds, big bathroom with shower and a huge whirlpool which was delightful. Good working AC. Free bottled water available at reception & a coffee machine at reception too. They also supply lots of different toiletries which is great. Staff at reception don’t speak English but communication was possible with translation app.

Cons:

No cleaning of the rooms happened while we stayed there for 4 nights. Would be good if the rubbish was emptied every 2 nights.

Amazing with the expedition of what was listed above.
Pros:

Very secretive and still the room felt comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would come back here to stay again.

Cons:

The Bidet toilet didn’t work and in the spa hot tub the faucet that was used for the jets were rusted, which is a little unsanitary for those that want to enjoy a good hot tub spa.

Great value for the price, super big rooms
Pros:

Location is great, 8 mn walk from mtr
Quiet neighborhood (construction work nearby though?)
Clean, functional, great staff
Massive rooms fully furnished

Cons:

Ridiculous check-in time at 5pm, not convenient
Bit noisy as rooms are very big and noise may resonate, not a big deal though
