Would be a great hotel, if they fix their issues.
Pros:

Close to neighboring districts. Designated parking for motorcycles. Preferred if I use cash. Apparently their credit card machine did not work or they do not have one. The cleaning ladies were very professional and courteous.

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable. One of the front office staff was being rude and disrespectful, was using another language to disguise the conversation even though I completely understood what they were saying. The air conditioning did not work properly in my first hotel room and they transferred me to another hotel room. The refrigerator in my hotel room did not work at all and they put no effort into replacing it or fixing it. Internet was not as great if not inconsistently slow. The rooms are not soundproofed, can hear other Hotel patrons conversations, could hear traffic, could hear construction all throughout the night.
