Pros:

Personeel was behulpzaam met een scooter huren en de kamer werd snel klaargemaakt toen we eerder arriveerde dan incheck tijd.

Cons:

We hadden geen water. We konden niet douchen en de kraan werkte niet.

Pros:

Beautiful tranquil setting, close to all essential needs amd beach ws short walk away. Lovely friendly locals, cannot praise staff enough.
Spacious room, lovely rainfall shower heads.
Little shampoo was lush, had hair shining again.
Stayed with a small child and we were welcomed. Highly recommend AAA+++

Pros:

Staff were so friendly, room was spacious, lovely view of pool. Close distance to shops and beach but just off the main stretch so peaceful for sleeping and walks outside. Great design, lovely garden flowers border the pool and hotel.
Great view of the palm trees and hilltops from laying in bed.
Pick up point recognised by grab too, all deliveries and taxi pick ups were hassle free. Highly recommend

Pros:

I enjoyed the swimming pool. the stuff was great. I had an issue with paying due to a banking issue and also waiting for a Western Union money transfer. I spoke to the stuff I was able to pay the next day. When my money transfer came. The stuff we're very accommodating and understanding. I Extremely appreciate what they did

Doors would not lock. Leak in room. Other then that I enjoyed my stay.
