The Staff were very helpful especially i remember hugh, the location and the shuttle bus to Hoi An old town is frequent, food no comments at all.
The staff is world class .. top service my favorite hotel and staff hotel in all Vietnam
Only three positives about this place.
1. The staff is very nice, and helpful.
2. The big swimming pool.
3. Free bike rental and shuttle service.
The rooms are very old and warn down. There is no art or decorations to make it feel cozy. It felt like an old apartment room rather than a hotel.
The pool towels are old and dirty. Pool water very very cold.
Breakfast was very disappointing as well. Many options for the breakfast but the quality is very low.
Worst part is it is a cheap sister hotel to the next door hotel and you can tell it is treated that way.
Any drinks or food you order comes from the next door hotel.

Het hotel ligt in een rustige omgeving. Weinig lawaai van buiten… Vriendelijk personeel. Nette , schone kamers. Het ontbijt was uitstekend. Voor elk wat wils en ook voor ons veel keus met lekker brood en beleg. We konden fietsen van het hotel lenen en elke dag een rondje maken. Het strand is op fietsafstand . Wij konden prima naar het oude centrum lopen, maar het hotel heeft ook een shuttle naar het centrum en strand. Ook vlakbij het hotel een goed restaurantje (Tin Tin)
