Pros:

The rooms were excellent and so big and clean. The staff are absolutely amazing and friendly. VIN in reception is so friendly and she remembers every persons name that adds a personal touch. We will definitely return.

Staff were curtious, helpful and efficient.
Pros:

Food was good.
Room was spacious.

Cons:

Given it was a deluxe room, the view from 417 was dire, looking into dirty buildings of rooftops.
Neither rooms 417 or 517 had balcony furniture.

Comfortable peaceful stay.
Pros:

The staff couldn’t have been more attentive. Receptionist found and booked our train tickets for us.

We had a ‘city view’ room which actually overlooked a large green area with very little traffic around. The room was very large and comfortable.

The gym, though small, had everything we needed. The pool area was really nice and comfortable.

Wi-Fi was good.

Cons:

We did need a mattress topper but that was dealt with straight away.

Everything I needed - plus a blow dryer
Pros:

Would stay again and recommend to a friend. Our 3-night stay was comfortable, clean, and relaxing. We chose one of the larger rooms with a seating area, and it was very spacious and quiet with a firm, comfortable king-sized bed. The bathroom had a blow dryer, which is a big win while traveling. Breakfast was generous with Western, Vietnamese, and Asian options, and the coffee was excellent. Mrs. Hugh at the front desk was ultra friendly and helpful and gave us great recommendations. Pool was cool and refreshing for a hot day. The grounds were tidy. Slept like a rock. There are a variety of local food spots and an ATM just around the corner, and the walk to town is a bustling 20 minutes. The walk never bothered us and we did it multiple times a day. There is a free shuttle available from the hotel but it’s a little infrequent so we didn’t use it.

Nice spot in Hoi An
Pros:

We had a very enjoyable time at the hotel. It is in a good location with some nice restaurants in walking distance. The pool area is great and the shuttle bus is also very handy. We used the free bicycles to explore the nearby rice fields. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Perfect
Pros:

The hotel is so nice upgrading my room since i travel alone for the first time and they wanted me to have a good experience. The distance to hoi an ancient town is just 10 mins and the hotel provided free shuttle and it makes it a lottttt easy. Really recommended.
