Highly recommend ..will stay again
Pros:

Location was great, the staff were excellent from Ms Hugh to Ms Snow to Mr Dolphin and Mr Ken …helping us during our stay the pool was awesome 😎🌴❤️

Pros:

Good location. In front of a little park with kids playground equipment which was a nice surprise as we're travelling with our small kids. Also close to some good restaurants, cafes and spas. Good bank on the corner. Quick taxi ride to the old town or to the beach. The pool was nice and we enjoyed that it had a shallow end for the kids. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were lovely.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit tired and the hotel itself doesn't have much charm. The sister hotel next door is much nicer. The breakfast was just ok.

Exceeded my expectations
Pros:

Lovely, welcoming, helpful staff
Spacious, clean bedroom
Great swimming pool
Well equipped gym (small but really decent equipment for a hotel gym)
Rather quiet area

Cons:

Not super close to Hoi An center but it was not that far either (20-25 min walking).

Un hôtel à recommander!
Pros:

L’emplacement entre la vieille ville et les rizières / la magnifique piscine / l’excellent petit-déjeuner/ la grandeur de la chambre

Cons:

Un bémol pour les réceptionnistes que nous n’avons pas trouvées très accueillantes!

Relaxed and lovely
Pros:

The location and staff were delightful! We loved the pool and daily breakfast.

Loved the use of the bikes and such an easy stroll into old town the location was just perfect!

Cons:

The spa treatments though in the hotel are not technically part of the hotel so not a mark against the hotel. But not a great experience I had a facial and massage and neither were worth the time in my opinion…. Try an outside cheaper option is my advice

Home away from home
Pros:

Staff were really friendly and helpful, location is just outside the old quarter with cafes close by, beautiful swimming pool and good gym.
The room was quite large and very clean.
Really felt at home here, we will come again.

Cons:

Only negative point was the shower which was over a bath, but still worked well.

There’s some beautiful places to stay in Hoi An and this is not one of them
Pros:

Nothing, the pictures were very overstated. The facility is rundown. We plan to stay the night and ended up literally packing up our bags and leaving to stay somewhere else.

Cons:

There was nothing redeemable about the property
