Cons:

Received call at 3 am from reception though had not asked for anything. Gala dinner should not made compulsory as people will have plans to go outside, you should not force people to opt for this just because they are your guests and staying there. In no hotel have seen compulsory dinner and need to pay upfront. There has to be a choice provided to guests and not enforce it since it is a cost of 3k additional.

Worst restaurant staff

The room is okayish. Ok ok view

Cons:

Staff is too rude. The guard at parking is too rude and not polite at all. Behaved badly while parking.
The restaurant team is the worst. Disrespectful and not polite at all. For everything at the restaurant, they mention self-service. If you order from live counter you have to bring your the food by urself at the table. Breakfast spread not good. And they forced for gala dinner mandatorily on 31st December night. Charged for the gala dinner and no plans for the 31st night. Also, the spread was so small for the dinner, which at all didn't meet the expectation after paying so much extra. There is no menu of the spread , nor of the staff came to the table to let us know what is there. Worst manager and restaurant staff giving you only answers that everything is self-service. If everything in the restaurant is self-service, then why would someone pay sich big amount . Dusting properly done in the room.

Will not recommend it if you want to see more of Goa.
Pros:

The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and the food is good.

Cons:

The front desk staff if terrible, very unhelpful. It is actually a wedding venue that does not come out too clear when you look at the detail of the place. The location is not easy if you do not have your own transport, especially with the staff so unhelpful. Very limited wi-fi, only in your room.
