I did not enjoy the parking area as much, as I found it quite tight for my liking. However, it was not a major issue and did not significantly impact the overall experience.

Pros:

the place is an absolute gem. From the welcome you get from the reception manager, receptionist . The rooms are specious, clean , well decorated . The bathroom 's decor is well thought after. There s so much space in the bathroom you can easily do ballroom dancing in there. The staff are courteous , professional and quite responsive and quickly so.

your needs are attended to very swiftly and also concerns raised . It is a true 5 star experience in this facility

Difficult to fault this hotel.
Pros:

It’s difficult to fault this hotel. Yes, the rooms are a little bit different and may lack storage but it’s a boutique hotel.

The staff are all, to a person, fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble.

Breakfast was good. Really good. But food wise, the in house pizza restaurant was outstanding. The best pizza I’ve had in a long time.

The only thing that lets this hotel down is the gym. It’s poor. It’s small, old equipment and I’m not sure the equipment is maintained or cleaned. Improve the gym and I’d not hesitate to stay again.
