No one assisted with my luggage on the day I left.
The staff was very helpful and accomodative.
The jets didn't work in the room and that wasn't communicated. The wifi was down and there wasn't any communication or any alternative plan. The decoder is behind the TV and could not be operated from the bed and the remote did not work and therefore had to manually operate the DSTV

The standard room was horribly disappointing.
Please stay away from room#13.
It was small and cramped.
The aircon unit did not work. We were told to put it on 16 and it did absolutely nothing! The room heated up quickly due to exceptionally poor circulation - it was suffocating.
The shower is very small, with the shower head positioned very low.
There was also no safe in the unit.
Room 13's entrance faces onto the neighbouring unit's bathroom window - we had to overt our eyes as you could see in.
I honestly found it very hard to find anything 5 star about room 13.
We will not be going back.
Everything! The staff are so kind, attentive and the attention to detail is impeccable.

The bed in my room was not comfortable it made a lot of noise they must remove the wooden base it's squeaking noise was just too much . Put a normal base bed
