Its truly a "subtle" place, like their slogan!
Pros:

The rooms smell divine, the toiletry was superb i really liked the brand the use, and the extra towels. Their tea and coffee collections! oh my God, all i needed for a perfect stay. And then their chefs...! i loved the food from their restaurant, a bit pricey but worth it. You will meet waitress Jaffter, a friendly and very professional staff! Everyone is amazing there, i would travel for the top service again.

Honeymoon suite in the middle of the week ✨️
Pros:

The hotel was fully booked exept the honeymoon suite had a late cancelation. Amazing service. Online check in was si easy. At reception the are welcome drinks (coffee, tee, wine . . ), therafter the luggage gets taken to your room. I so appreciated the tiny detail of the swan on the bed, rose petals were perfectly places, HUGE bunch of flowers, wine and champagne were unexpected (just perfect). Calm and serene. . .and then cane the unexpected plate of snacks. I was impressed!

I would strongly recommend to anyone visiting Pretoria in the future.
Pros:

The grounds and rooms are beautiful. Definitely a 5 Star hotel. The food was fantastic. Your front line staff was extremely helpful in helping us set up transportation to and from the hotel and for excursions. Over and above our expectations.

Cons:

I had hoped there were areas around the hotel we could walk to. I.E. shopping, other restaurants, sites of Pretoria.
