Difficult to fault this hotel.

It’s difficult to fault this hotel. Yes, the rooms are a little bit different and may lack storage but it’s a boutique hotel.

The staff are all, to a person, fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble.

Breakfast was good. Really good. But food wise, the in house pizza restaurant was outstanding. The best pizza I’ve had in a long time.

The only thing that lets this hotel down is the gym. It’s poor. It’s small, old equipment and I’m not sure the equipment is maintained or cleaned. Improve the gym and I’d not hesitate to stay again.

This is truly a home away from home. The best stay in Pretoria by far.

This hotel delivers every time- from rooms, cleanliness, the extremely professional and friendly service from all staff Members, the little extra's (snacks, bath products) and the restaurant serves the best cuisine!

An outstanding stay, well located, modern tasteful rooms, great breakfast, wonderful facilities.
Pros:

It’s elegant, tasteful, modern and superbly clean. Bathroom is incredible. Rooms are quiet and peaceful. Staff are amazingly helpful.

Cons:

Extractor fan in bathroom can’t be switched off.

Pros:

From the moment we set foot on the property to when we (very reluctantly) had to travel back home we were treated with the utmost care. The room was clean, staff friendly and the food amazing! Thank you for an unforgettable experience! See you soon!

Bottled water is normal tap water breaking of chlorine. In a resealable glass bottle.
Bar fridge had one Resealable glass bottle in it and some longlife milk........
No hot water.
Bed was short and super uncomfortable
We have been coming here for many years and the standard have dropped to the point where we will no longer stay here👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
