Pros:

1/3 rd of the hotel experience is the hotel's physical condition. This particular hotel needs a serious renovation, things that shouldn't be visible, are, for instance in the dining area, you have paint chipping off the wall, there is a wall as you first walk in to the dining area (left side) where the eall is extremely dirty. The rooms have had the ceiling patched up, but with a very low budget handwork, there are gaps, chipps and in some cases, they didnt even bother to paint the entire thing, just where they made the repairs. The so-called desks have the vinil wood covering coming off, you can see the compressed wood that the desk is made of, this are the things that management should fix, just by managing the work a little better. On the other hand, the staff is wonderful, very helpful and considerate. Also, the food is delicious, if it wasnt for those 2 things, i would give the hotwl a 1 star ratin.
