Aseo, atención y servicio

El señor del taxi que nos recogió en el aeropuerto muy seguramente por no pagar peaje en vía principal, nos trasladó por zonas muy deprimidas, que impactan negativamente sobre lo que es la Ciudad.

All was amazing. Friendly staff and also good location hotel.

Morgenmaden er ganske god, der er lidt til den vestlige side, og meget til den lokale, men kast dig ud i det og prøv noget nyt. Morgenmaden er hverken bedre eller dårligere end set mange, mange andre sider.

Best place to stay in Jakarta, best value and staff members
Pros:

Super friendly staff, always ready give a helping hand when needed. Restaurant staff is super friendly and gorgeous woman 🥰.
Food and service is great!
My favourite place in Jakarta to stay for short or long visits.
Close to LTC Glodok, Glodok Plaza (paradise for sound and computer nerds like me), not far from Old China Town, in front of the hotel is a Grand Paragon Shopping Mall, not that busy, only AZOKO store and a Hypermarket, and a nice coffee bar.
Many Chinese restaurants also in the area.
At one time I took a Bluebird taxi and I forget my phone, the staff security directly did all the necessary to find my phone back, within 30 min the taxi driver came back with my phone.
Overal thanks to everybody from Hotel Santika, you did a great job.

Traffic Jam around Hayam Wuruk, which is currently undergoing infrastructure projects such as the MRT Phase 2, requiring traffic management and alternative route planning to and from the Hotel, so be aware of it.
