Very comfortable and quiet, despite being on a bustling location. No noise from the street or other rooms. Comfortable beed.

Cons:

Didn't like the fact that they wanted to make us wait for 4 hours to check in, even though our room was already ready. We came from a long flight with a 4 year-old kid, and we had asked for an earlier check-in weeks in advance. We arrived at 10:00 and they told us that we couldn't check in until 14:00. However, if we paid 15$ extra then we could check in right away.

Great stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay here while we were in Jakarta. The hotel is close to most of the “ tourist attractions “ and the staff are quite friendly and helpful. The food was quite good too. The bar on the 22nd floor was a bonus as was the pool. Both were nice to go to after a long hot day in the city. You might want ear plugs as there is some traffic noise and the “call to prayer” might roust you from your slumbers. All in all we would stay here again.

It was great stay with great buffet breakfast and enjoyed it. The bed were comfortable

I like the cleanness of the property. The staff that were helpful with my bags. The room service was great. The breakfast was really good. And the view from my room.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the bathroom sink doesn’t flush as it should, and while brushing your teeth or washing your hands And the shower water stay as you shower and don’t go as it should. The mini fridge in the rooms can be upgraded as it doesn’t cold or make any ice. The WiFi speed could be better as it’s a highly rated hotel.
