Pros:

The location was good: very quiet, not crowded. The food was also decent and additional services such as SPA were good.

Cons:

It’s definitely not a 5-star hotel. The common areas look nice and clean but rooms need renovation. The room I stayed was very old and not clean: the bathroom has holes in a wall, the glass door from shower was missing (???), celling is damaged. Cleaning lady cleaned the room maybe one time in 5 days even though she visits every day. The condition of the room was disappointing.

the hotel met all my expectations
Pros:

the breakfast is Ok, plenty hot and cold dishes. Usually we sat near a pool, where there are lot of flowers and sometime funny cats. The breakfast starts at 7:00, but better come after 07:15, when all the hot dishes are ready.

Great hotel!
Pros:

Good location. Lovely hotel. Mustafa who worked there was amazing.

Cons:

Food not great. Didn’t have a kids buffet in the restaurant. Not great if you don’t like cats. Fortunately I love them.

A nice family trip but hotel needs updating.
Pros:

Food. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

There was a really bad smell in the bathroom. The general cleanliness was not great. The pool area was very run down including some broken tiles.

Pros:

I was pleased with the quality of the food, the swimming pools, and the well-organized sequence of activities.

Cons:

The room service was not provided at a consistent time, and on several occasions, they failed to provide sufficient blankets for the four of us. The bathroom emitted an unpleasant odor due to gas emanating from the drain. The shower gel container was broken, and despite daily room cleaning, room service never offered a solution or refilled it. a few times a day wifi is not available

Wonderful leisure with aesthetic atmosphere!
Pros:

Rooms, service, the whole hotel’s design and food are excellent! Cocktails are unique and tasty. The animation is friendly, provided great parties and entertainment programs

Cons:

The hotel is a bit far from the beach. There is a shuttle in every 15 mins, but you often can’t find a sit

Retirement is great
Pros:

I was met at my taxi by the staff. The check-in was fast and easy. They were both friendly and informative. After a long day of travel from USA , I was tired and hungry. The bellman took my baggage to my room. The room was well prepared with a bottle of wine and a fruit basket. The next day I explored the resort. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I have really enjoyed my stay here.

Cons:

The only complaint I would have to say. The room house keeping was not the best. I had to keep asking for bathroom essentials, water to drink. The floor was swept but never mopped. The bathroom counter never wiped down. The mirror were never cleaned. I was here for a month.
