Pros:

Clean, coffee machine was great, reasonably comfy and quiet.

Cons:

Bed was too soft, room was cold due to windows being left open, shower water pressure was poor.
It just didnt feel like the amount paid was justified

I would be very happy to stay there again and will recommend it to friends and family.
Pros:

It was lovely and quiet in my room. Plenty of places within walking distance. I felt safe inside and out.

Pros:

The receptionist who greeted us was excellent, She was so pleasant and welcoming. The real bonus for us was the ease of access to the Dining facilities for dinner and breakfast. brilliant !

Overall ok for work trip. Friendly staff always make a place great
Pros:

Handy to where I had to be and easy booking. Lovely lass on reception.

Cons:

Couldn’t find the entrance - not well signed. I was cold- needs an electric blanket in winter. Room looked out over a very unattractive area of rubbish bins. Not enough real sugar (plenty of awful equal) and coffee sachets.
