Välkomnande, mysig, avkopplande och härlig.
Pros:

Mycket trevligt boende med trevlig personal, härliga faciliteter och toppen SPA.
Hotellets egna SPA var fint, välutrustat och lämpade sig för barn. Toppenfrukost.

Cons:

Det ingick tillträde till ett närliggande termalbad men tyvärr var det 10-årsgräns vilket gjorde att vi som barnfamilj var tvungna att dela på oss hela tiden. Förvisso inte hotellets fel men hade förhöjt vår upplevelse om alla i familjen varit välkomna.

Exceptional staff and perfect location make this hotel a clear choice.
Pros:

The staff were all exceptional. The bridge to the therma was so convenient.

Cons:

I thought the hotel was in need of an update and because of that, the price was too high.

Insgesamt ganz gut. Ich werde beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Zimmer aussuchen.
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer, war in Parterre. Insgesamt nicht gut belüftet. Das Bad war definitiv zu klein. Ebenso die Dusche.

Wir kommen wieder....
Pros:

Die Suite war modern und sehr komfortabel, das Essen war hervorragend. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Ein Tiefgaragenplatz oder einer der vielen Parkplätze im Außenbereich waren immer zu bekommen. Das Personal immer sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Leider war das Sportbecken der Therme wegen Jahresdurchsicht geschlossen. Hier hätte ich mir einen Hinweis gewünscht.
Der Kaffee war viel zu stark. Aber den kann man sich ja verdünnen.
Die hier so benannte Suite (booking.com) bestand nur aus einem großen Raum 75 qm.

Erholsam und mit der Bahn sehr gut zu erreichen. Am Bahnhof nur durch den Fußgängertunnel und schon war man da.

Perfekt zum Ausspannen nach dem Geschäftstag.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Nach dem langen Konferenztag konnte ich in der Therme ausspannen. Nicht wie die Kollegen auf dem Kloster Banz, die dort wegen der Lage gefangen waren. Das Parken direkt unter dem Hotel und separatem Lift ist eine sehr gute Idee.

Cons:

Die schlechte Nahrverkehrs-Verbindung zum Kloster Banz. Das hat Nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun, eher mit dem Kloster Banz (Staatsbetrieb!).

Highlight unserer Radtour von Bamberg nach Bayreuth. Tolle Erfrischung und Wellness nach dem Radeln
Pros:

Es war toll, nach unserer ersten Radetappe von Bamberg hier einzuchecken, mit einem alkoholfreien Sekt begrüßt zu werden und im Bademantel in die Badelandschaft zu schlendern, wo wir uns an diesem sehr heißen Tag im Pool erfrischt und anschließend im Liegenstuhl entspannt haben. Sehr schönes Zimmer, dieses Highlight unserer Radtour hat sich gelohnt!

Mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Großes Zimmer, alles sehr übersichtlich mit schönen Thermen Anschluss,
Frühstück sehr gut und gut organisiert.

Cons:

Störend war am Morgen die Raucher die vor ihren Tagungsräumen sehr laut ihre Erlebnisse ausgetauscht haben. Mitsamt dem Zigarettenrauch derselben.
