Could of been Better
Cons:

Air conditioner wouldn’t cool enough. It was mid 70’s all night. Called the front desk for new batteries for the remote but we had to wait till the next day to use out television.

Mooi hotel, nooit meer kamer 309, vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

De locatie was in orde. Mooi hotel. De receptionist Thomas was zeer klantvriendelijk.

Cons:

Een zeer slechte locatie van de kamer (309). Ontzettend veel lawaai, van buitenaf. Daar dtonden alle aircokoelingen, tegen een blinde muur, die het geluid weerkaatste. Er lagen zelfs airplugs op de nachtkastjes. Maar de receptionist begreep onze klacht, helaas zat hotel vol. Dus wat korting op de rekening gehad.

Great Location with no parking.
Pros:

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. The location was great.

Cons:

I was advised that parking would be $25 until I moved my vehicle. I ended up paying over $75. The room was very dim.

Pros:

Staff was pleasant and helpful.
Room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower good pressure and very good. Quiet overall where we were located.

Cons:

Seemed a little disjointed though. Safety concerned us when the doors were propped open out front and when there was an alarm telling us to evacuate but noone seemed to know what was going on when asking. Then the housekeeping told us false alarm.

It was nice.
Pros:

I like the room and bathroom. The shower was nice.

Cons:

Although the shower was nice, it seemed like the water still leaked out even with the door closed. Also, I didn't like how there wasn't a mini fridge nor a microwave in the room.

Great place to stay in ATL
Pros:

From the time I checked in until the time I checked out, the staff was absolutely amazing. Hibah checked us in and made sure that we were comfortable in our rooms. She was very knowledgeable about the area, and she was just super sweet. I didn't get the names of the valet guys but they were awesome. The room itself was just perfect. Clean, comfortable, and spacious! The location of the hotel was perfect for the event that my daughter and friends attended that night. Plus, there are restaurants and a CVS within walking distance. There is a restaurant in the hotel lobby and plus other amenities. If I ever have to come back to ATL, I would stay here.

Cons:

I really don't have any complaints. I guess if I had to pick one thing, it would be the price of the valet ($60). However, I would happily pay it again because it was super convenient. Plus the guys were so helpful and friendly.

Wonderful!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly everyone was attentive and helpful, the front desk concierge I believe his name was Thomas he was super helpful and made our stay a great experience
