Pros:

Прекрасний готель, зручно розташований у центрі Львова. Сучасний номер, невеличкий, але ж дуже єргономічний та комфортний. Персонал на рецепції уважний та дружелюбний. Сніданок смачний. Задоволена перебування в цьому готелі. Доречі, в інших країнах готелі цієї мережі зустрічаються значно менш приємнішими

Удобное месторасположение. Наличие платной парковки напротив отеля. Вкусные завтраки.

Cons:

Фото номеров на букинге не соответствуют действительности. Администратор не ориентируется в наличии необходимых номеров. Изначально бронировали номер по телефону. Уточнили все детали нам все подтвердили. Приехали на заселение, оплатили, нам выдали ключи, и номер оказался совсем не тот, что мы бронировали. Мы вернулись на ресепшен, показали фото на букинге. Нам ответили да такой номер есть бронируйте с букинга, но он дороже. Ок. Мы прямо на стойке регистрации бронируем с букинга номер с ценой дороже. Показываем бронь. Администратор долго что-то искала в программе, потом сообщила, что номер который мы хотим занят до июня. Ну как так? Нам дали на выбор из двух номеров, что были свободные, пришлось выбрать один из них. Но это совсем не то за что мы платили и бронировалии. Нам даже ничего не предложили в качестве компенсации. По виду администратора сложилось впечатление что мы просто морочим голову, заселяйтесь куда дали. Мы изначально заплатили за номер, что дороже, потом еще раз забронировали ещё дороже и доплатили еще, а по факту получили только неприятный осадок. Больше нет желания у вас останавливаться.

Топова локація, але погане кондиціонування номера
Pros:

Зручна локація, прямо біля Площі Ринок, 10 хвилин до Ратуші. Багато закладів поряд
Дуже класний сніданок! І різноманітний. Аж трохи обідно було, що лише на один день зупинився, не вдалось всі страви спробувати)

Cons:

Вікна в номері не відчиняються, провітрити неможливо. Є система кондиціонування, але вона працювала тільки на обігрів, при тому, що на вулиці вже +25 було. Через це не вдалось нормально виспатись, бо дуже душно.

Також в коридорі є кулер, де має бути три види води: кімнатної температури, холодна та гаряча. Була тільки холодна

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The room is clean, and the staff is very helpful with my request.

Cons:

This is my second time staying at this hotel. This time, my room is at high level and close to the main street. Unfortunately, I felt the vibration in my room at the day-time, especially when the tram passed by. If you don't sleep during the day, this will not bother you.
