Lovely hotel in great location.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable room with great view.

Cons:

Breakfast was too busy and I was asked by staff to sit in the lobby / bar area without cutlery on Thursday morning.


Other guests in the bar were very rowdy on Friday evening - shouting and singing. I would have expected staff to have managed that more promptly.

Warm, friendly hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

It was welcoming and so friendly. I loved that it was so close to the Arena for the concert I was attending. Also, a few steps to the Docks and Mersey. Becca was so helpful and kind to me at breakfast - really appreciated
