Location. Good breakfast. Comfy beds. Odd pillows.
Chambermaid service poor. Missed one day.
The location was great being right next to Albert Docks, restaurants and the hop on/off tour buses. The shower was great and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
The booking.com listing and room information was wrong/misleading! We opted for the deluxe king room which claimed to provide city and river views BUT all we got was a view of a car park and nothing nice and no river at all. I complained at the front desk and they said the listing was wrong and it was booking.com's fault and offered no remedy or upgrade. I paid a higher price for the room compared to other hotels and didn't get what I paid for. Also the listing claims on site parking but it is next door and very expensive. I won't be staying there again and I'm not dubious about booking.com listings - I think I'll stick with Airbnb from now on.

Staff were lovely and girl in reception sorted our issues . I think her name was Rosenne.

Bar service very slow but just too many people to serve and one of them just rude - short guy with black hair. Just wrong job I think…
Breakfast was awful .. queue at 8ish in the morning.. no staff, but staff working couldn’t have been nicer but they can’t do everything.
Coffee was out of a flask at 18 pounds per person for breakfast I don’t think so . You can’t charge 140 per night and then charge more for breakfast and offer premier inn standard

Location is brilliant. Barista at breakfast is really good, she knows her stuff. Great coffee. Breakfasts are good.
Room with a view we were in was tired looking. Bench was worn looking, a switch was broken, towels in bathroom looked worn. Duvet looked lumpy. Whole room looked like it needed an update.

No gluten free toast although advertised GF friendly!! Dinner at the bar left a lot to be desired-worst pizza ever-meals arrived haphazardly

A comfortable modern hotel with really pleasant & helpful staff.
We didn’t dine there or have breakfast so I can’t comment in that respect - there was nothing to dislike in my experience.

Breakfast was average, dining area on Monday morning was like a disaster zone. 16 tables needed clearing, not nearly enough staff. No clean tables for our group of 4.
Housekeeping did not make our beds during our 3 night stay and bins only emptied once.

Room , a bit too spartan. Could do with a few scatter cushions on the window seat. A spotlight in the shower area. Only 1 dressing gown for a double occupancy room. No case rack or hooks for coats, Bedside table could do with a shelf or drawer.
When we arrived we checked in via reception and the staff were great. The room was lovely and spacious . It was clean , tidy and bright.
The breakfast is buffet style and the food was hot and plentiful. The staff were lovely and pleasant.
I honestly can't fault anything about the hotel and staff but maybe the only one thing and it does sound so petty , was the lamb scouse from the Bar & Lounge menu. To be paying £18 each for the portion size we received the price just didn't justify the quantity. It wasn't even a proper bowl size.
