Saturday bar staff lady.
No ice available
Really in a bar on a Saturday afternoon
And would supply free tap water. Told me had to buy a bottle for ice so I did and then told no ice. Not happy.

Pros:

Great Location. Surrounded by bars and restaurants. Nice walk into city.

Cons:

Thought it was free parking, but £19 per night in nearby secure parking area.

The cleanliness of the room was amazing.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't great came up to the room freezing and was said that we would get as refund but the refund never came back into my account so disappointed with that.

Excellent value and great location for a city stay.
Pros:

Good location and easy parking. Room was a good size with lovely views out onto the city.

Cons:

We didn’t use all the facilities or restaurants so can’t really comment.
