Modern spacious and great location

Good location and friendly welcome on arrival.
We stayed for 2 nights and the room was only made up for us on arrival and at no other time. The bed was not made up after the first night and out used up coffee and tea facilities were not replenished so no drinks were available in our room for the second day and our bed was not make up for us after our first night of the two we stayed. The room was not that clean on arrival also and we therefore feel we overpaid and our stay did not come up to our expectations for what we paid for the two nights.

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed every second . Room was lovely also the room temperature was great as it was 33 out in the sun . Hotel is in a great location close to everything .

A good sized room with aircon and good tea/coffee making facilities.
The car park situation was not clear. You have to park in the multi story which says it is £28 but then get your ticket stamped and go to the parking office to get £10 off.

Friendly professional staff, super location, great room (and view), superb bathroom and brilliant monsoon shower. Very comfortable bed and amazing pillows; best ever!

Morder and clean hotel. Nice breakfast.
No or poor internet service even when using hotel wifi. The arean blocks a lot of natural light , so at times the hotel felt dark which resulted in thr lack of atmosphere. The receptionist is was very helpful but gave information incredibly fast which was a lot to take in.
This is a top class hotel.
