Breakfast choices are superb, great variety
Upon arrival, my room lacked a hair dryer and the pressing iron did not work. Both got fixed quickly by the staff = all good.
The front desk - Kapil and Chaitanya were very helpful.
Birendra from the restaurant was exceptional especially because he went out of his way to make sure my pet feels at home. No words to describe the gesture. Ravi at the breakfast served exceptionally good coffee. Over all value for money and good place to spend quality time.
The room service - house keeping as well as in room dining were a tad slow.
Budget hotel facility for premium charges.
The bathroom fittings, such as the toilet seat and round mirror, required repairs, and the bathroom itself was dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned for several weeks, including during my stay. This is not at all value for money. Additionally, the in-room food served tasted and smelled like it had been preserved for a long time.
The Vivanta staff are very accommodating and helpful. They cater to our every need for food, lodging and services. I always come back here for both business and now personal travel.
The location was okay. Had a city construction view.
There was no hair dryer in the washroom.
Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Travel Arrangements – Urgent Attention Required
Dear Taj Team,
I am writing this with deep disappointment and concern regarding my recent experience with your team, which was not only unpleasant but also completely unexpected from a prestigious institution like Taj.
Prior to my visit, I had explicitly requested assistance with travel arrangements for my transit from Mumbai to Pune, trusting the esteemed standards of service that Taj is known for. Unfortunately, despite my reliance on your team and multiple follow-ups, there was no response or support provided. At the very last minute, I was forced to arrange a local cab service on my own – a choice that was not only unsafe but also resulted in a significant delay to a critical business meeting.
This delay has caused not just monetary loss but also considerable mental stress and reputational impact. I am utterly shocked and disheartened that such negligence could happen under the Taj brand, where I’ve always had exemplary experiences in the past and have been a loyal guest on multiple occasions.
I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously and escalated to the concerned leadership. I request a formal acknowledgment of this issue, and an explanation of how such a lapse occurred.
Such experiences, especially when tied to guest safety and trust, must never be overlooked.

Hotel location is very good.
Breakfast area was not proper and even the plates, bowls were not clean. Huge scope to improve the breakfast setup.
The entrance is nice and the cortesy of the staff
All the rest. The hotel need a serous refurbishment. Ac stink of mould in 3 room i tried at the end i accepted the room. It was midnight and i was tired
In room one light above bed was broker. Another light fitting was hanging. Bathroom fittings are not cleaned as the same are old. Curtains need wash, bed sheets gound ok. Pillows do so.
