Top Lage zu den Fällen und dem Park. Sehr gutes Frühstück und hilfsbereites Personal.

Disappointed
Cons:

Very disappointed at check-in we arrived at 5 for a 3:00 check in, the room was not ready! The person at the desk spoke with housekeeping for a half hour complete chaos! We received a key a half hour later. After a 7 hour drive this was not acceptable.

There were no wash cloths in the bathroom, tile in bathroom on floor was old and mildewed. Needs to be upgraded.

Hotel vicino alle cascate del Niagara lato americano. Struttura tipicamente americana con camera confortevole silenziosa. Colazione all'americana che predilige il salato al dolce.

Cons:

Parcheggio non custodito a pagamento (10$) nel piazzale antistante l'Hotel

It was an average stay
Pros:

It is an Ok Hotel... The availability of coffee and cookies all time was a good gesture

Cons:

No room service at all and no cleaning. Also breakfast does not include any other type of meat except pork!! It does not cater for people who do not eat pork! No varieties at all. I was also given a crib without blanket
