The facility is clean, the staff is good and I will recommend this except to have breakfast outside.
Pros:

The location of the property was excellent as all the events that we attended were in a walking distance.

Cons:

The breakfast area was not properly maintained (as there was a bad odour).

The curtains are too small to cover the whole window, so outside light comes in and ruins sleep at night。

We enjoyed out stay, only stayed 1 night but def would go back again.
Pros:

Rooms incl bathroom was really clean and staff was excellent

Cons:

Breakfast set up was hard to get food with so many people esp waffles. There was no whole milk but pitcher was unmarked that had oat milk and had no idea it was oat milk. Location was walkable to falls but a wee longer than i wanted. Other than that - our state was very good.

Do to the lack of clean bedding, I would not return.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and attentive, beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The pool was cloudy and greenish yellow. I had to call down to the front desk for a clean comforter as mine had fresh blood stains and a urine stain. It was obvious that they don’t wash them between stays and just wrap them in sheets. It made me question whether my bed was clean at all. The bathroom needs updating, the caulking is old and has mildew.

Pros:

The location is perfect if you plan to go to the falls. Decided to go see the 10 pm fireworks last minute and was able to get there really quick. The hotel was okay too.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit mediocre.
