Value for money
Pros:

Clean and spacious rooms with ample parking. A $10 per night parking fee is reasonable compared to other cities. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, but it’s advisable to check closing times if you’re arriving late.

Niagara Falls State Park is about a 15–20 minute walk, though I chose to drive since parking at the park is only $10 per day. If you plan to visit the falls at night for the illumination, parking is free from sunset until morning, but overnight parking is not permitted.

The breakfast is decent, and the staff are very helpful. The availability of a luggage trolley is especially convenient for moving bags in and out of the room.

An enjoyable but budget friendly stay
Pros:

As a small family, this hotel was budget friendly and also a comfortable stay. The staff was lovely as soon as we arrived and was really helpful giving travel advice. The hotel room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities. The location was excellent close to the national state park and was easy to get around. It was an enjoyable stay!

Cons:

The hotel in general was quite simple so some things such as cups were not provided in the rooms.

I loved the staff, how clean the property and how helpful they were!
Pros:

I loved how central the location is, right across the street from the Seneca and 15 minutes away from the Niagara Falls State Park!
