Beautiful stay with family for Niagara falls visit.
Pros:

Spacious room, courteous staff, big dining space. Walking distance to Niagara state park. 24 hrs gym and tea/coffee facility.

Cons:

Malfunctioning elevator button, lack of normal-temperature drinking water facility.

The compassionate & professional customer service shown by the lovely women who checked us in and explained everything in detail. She was honest, warm & attentive. I called a few times prior to arrival - she was awesome via phone & amazing in person!

Cons:

Front desk "Jen" referred to me as "hun" & exhibited preferential treatment. I'm waiting on a line for her to finish with a customer, when she finishes, she asks me to wait bcz another guest had been waiting a long time. When I finally get a chance to ask if she would call a cab for me she hands me a card, quickly explaining that I could call for myself. What Jen didn't realize was that my partner was sitting in the lobby and heard Jen calling cabs for other guests. It either is your Company policy or it isn't. When I asked her did she call a cab for other guests, she flatly lied to my face. Jen became a little more helpful when I asked for her name. She is unprofessional & insulting. I am going to follow this conern up because I too was a guest and she made me feel unwelcomed & unimportant. She shouldn't be at the front desk on camera exhibiting this discriminating behavior.

Good Niagara Falls stay
Pros:

Convenient location, walkable to nearbt restaurants within 1 mile. Clean, well kept, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet. Nice for the price!

Cons:

Breakfast serving area very congested during peak hours. Many patrons going back a second or third time, making those just arriving wait and slowing the serving process. Perhaps signage encouraging diners to be polite and reminding that it's not an "all you can eat" buffet.

The receptionist Jen was very friendly and helped me a lot during my check in time. Staff were good. Cleanliness was good.

The staff, including the manager, were extremely kind and helpful.

Cons:

I did not like having to pay $10 per night for parking. The elevators require you to swipe your room key. That process sometimes didn't seem to work very well. I also didn't like that the room refrigerator (very small) would only cool for two hours at a time and then would be off for eight hours and you had to push a button to get it to come back on.
