Great hotel to stay. I arrived early but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Made sure I got a room on the top floor (no noise above) as I requested. She had a warm smile and very friendly personality. Hotel is clean too and breakfast was good, lot of options. I definitely will be back if I am in the area:)

I am not sure what has happened here in the last six months, but the place is cleaner; the staff seems to be happier and the food bar is fresher.

The Home2Suite is very welcoming. The room was lovely and comfortable. The reception was warm and friendly. Breakfast was very nice. Since our last stay here the quality and variety of food items has really improved. We appreciated that the food was refilled and available until the end of service time. Thank you.

This hotel puts the Hilton hotels to shame. Not sure why Hilton allows to have something like that functioning under the Hilton brand that used to have some standards. The hotel is very outdated with very much a need of a total facelift. The bed comfort does not compare to the Hampton Inn. The breakfast had pretty poor options available. There were attendants around but not replenishing anything unless they were asked. The coffee was decent.
Needless to say, that this was my first and last time staying at this particular hotel.

Property looks new from the outside, but old and lack of cleanliness on the inside.

Rooms clean and spacious. Designed for travelers with plenty of counter space for your luggage, hooks in the bathroom, a table if you need it and a good size fridge, 24hr coffee. Checkin was easy and clerk very friendly. Breakfast was the best we’ve had all week. They had some protein choices and sandwiches you can make the way you like with sausage, cheese,biscuits or muffin. Gravy, egg bites, breads, bagels and fresh muffins. Not those pre-packed garbage ones! The best was an egg and spinach puff pastry. Area well tended for breakfast too. Would stay again.

Very clean, well designed

The staff was so welcoming, they loved my lil baby Earl (he is a frenchie) I truly enjoyed staying there. I will definitely stay there every time I am in Gillette

Home 2 Suites has always been a our go too hotel when on the road.
Seems they have slipped a little, but still better than most in this range.

Pros; clean, quiet, friendly staff.

Cons; no hair dryer, breakfast not what it used to be.

For the most part, still a good choice, and I will stay again in the future.

Our only complaint is the breakfast! It was awful and not replenished. Hot items were cold and needed replaced but she only replaced ham, not the eggs or French toast. We were there at 8:00 am for reference. Still people coming through after us. One lady seemed to be running breakfast, front desk and bathroom restocking. The room was excellent!
