Pros:

Das Hotel ist in Laufnähe zum Bahnhof und zum Congresszentrum, ich habe um ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Hof gebeten. Mein Zimmer war durchdacht eingerichtet, gutes Bett und Lesesessel mit Tisch. Das Bad war neu und Tip top. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Es ist jetzt keine besonders ansprechende Straße, an der das Hotel liegt, aber das ist in Bahnhofsnähe wohl oft so.

Professionell geführtes Hotel mit Nähe zur Innenstadt und dementsprechenden Straßenlärm, Preis/Leistung passt

Professionelles, freundliches Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Nähe zu Innenstadt mit einer hohen Auswahl an Restaurants

Cons:

Relativ laut, wegen unklimatisierter Zimmer muss aber doch mal ein Fenster nachts geöffnet werden. Tiefgarage könnte besser ausgeschildert sein, dafür gibt es ein öffentliches Parkhaus gegenüber mit großem Hotel-Schild, für das aber kein Hotel-Tarif gilt. Zimmer wurde bei einem 2-Tage-Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt.

Tolles Zimmer, komfortabel und schön, super Personal
Pros:

Trotz Schwierigkeiten beim check-in spät abends/ nachts wegen Computer Problem, hat das zuständige Personal super reagiert, sich bemüht das Problem so schnell wie es ging zu lösen und wir fanden seine Arbeit besser als er es hätte tun müssen, sehr freundlich, kompetent und bemüht, von daher 9 aus 10 Punkten von uns! Das Zimmer war super, komfortabel und schön, sauber, wir waren sehr zufrieden, vielen Dank!

Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, tolle Einrichtung

ein super Preis, tolle komfortable Ausstattung, super Lage, um sich in der Innenstadt aufzuhalten.
Super bequemes Bett!

Cons:

Duschwasser lief nicht ab. Ich war nur eine Nacht dort, daher war es bei zweimaligen Duschen nicht so relevant. Beim Auschecken habe ich es erwähnt und gehe davon aus, dass es behoben wurde. Hätte der vorherige Gast aber auch machen können 🤷‍♂️.

Super Frühstück in schönem Wintergarten

Cons:

Laut Informationen kostet das Parken in eigener Tiefgarage 20€, im Parkhaus gegenüber kostete es 14€, ein geheimer Tipp für Hotelgäste…😄
