Easy access to shopping, but not worth the money.
Pros:

Connection right to the mall.

Cons:

For the price I would have expected some better amenities, breakfast, rooms to be a bit larger. Over priced just because it’s connected to the mall for ease of shopping and staying all in one.

Our stay was fine, it was nice to have close access to the MOA. But not sure why the price gouging
Pros:

We stayed in the 6th floor and our view was if a parking lot and ikea. We didn't have breakfest at the hotel.

Cons:

The price if the hotel per night, I was never able.to connect to the supposed free internet after signing up for membership bonus program. I have attempted several.times to get it set up and dont get emails requesting password reset or anyt.other help.

For the purpose but the hotel can do much much better in attending to customer needs.

Big rooms

Cons:

Stayed there for 2 weeks. Asked late check out (4 pm) on the last day due to late international flight and got declined, since they only reserve this benefit to senior club members. Very disappointing after 2 weeks! Of stay.
Also - the rooms are not cleaned that well.

A GREAT place to stay
Pros:

This was a birthday stay and I had flowers ordered that were int he room when we got there along with choc cov strawberries and champagne. The birthday surprise went so smooth. The room was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. We were right there at the mall which was SO convenient for our shopping trips and it's very close to the airport. A great place to stay!

Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of design and upkeep of this property. I only gave 4 stars for area around hotel because it is connected to the Mall of America and overlooks a massive parking lot. Not the hotel's fault, just a circumstance of the area. The hotel restaurant is delicious! This is -not- bar food. It is deliciously orchestrated with interesting flavors and well executed dishes. I would eat there even if I wasn't stya at the hotel. Bravo!

Cons:

Staff in the morning was so rude & lazy. They acted like we were an inconvenience having to check us out. The front desk staff member who checked us out had to be told we were there as she was just sitting in the back room. Also, the valet service had a friend of his lingering at the desk and instead of going to get our car, he chatted with his friend. Once his friend left, he went to get our car. We were in somewhat of a hurry to catch our flight, so this was frustrating.

MSP visit
Pros:

Great location, next to Mall of America and close to MSP Airport.

I was allotted a room on the 14th floor facing the runway. The room was relatively small but very nice with all good amenities. Being an ambassador elite member,I expected an upgrade, but I did get any, though the hotel was less than busy.

Breakfast in the executive lounge was decent, so we're the snacks in the evening.

Good place for short trips, and the mall has great restaurants.
