Good location, rooms need work.
Pros:

The good - the location and the people that work there are nice. The bad - the rooms need some work. The bathroom sink needs a pop up drain not just a drain hole. The tub needs some new caulk to replace the moldy looking caulk. Not the best representation of a Hilton hotel!

The walls were *so* thin, you hear everything on the floor it seemed like. I was disappointed there want a bathtub, but that was fine.

Everything turned out ok

The room we got was not what we had booked. It had a
Strange smell like a wet dog. The only reason we booked
Here was because our normal hotel was full. But family stayed in our normal one and they found it to be about like ours. I don’t know what’s going on in Fairmont. But they need to start working on these places.

Stay here if you want 100% ignored
Pros:

It had a pool

Cons:

The room was not clean upon arrival and there were dogs all over our floor that barked perpetually.
Nothing was replenished for us at all during our stay nor could we reach the front desk or housekeeping. (They must take their phone off the hook).
Unless it is check-in, you will not find staff anywhere. In the three days we were there, we were basically ignored.

Pros:

Breakfast was sufficient and attendant Jodie very friendly and helpful. Area kept extremely clean. Front desk employees Kim and Courtney very professional, patient and accommodating. They were always ready to help and had a smile. We appreciated that our rooms were connecting. Beds and pillows really comfortable. Did not have any excessive noise.
