Nice location but problems with the air-condition
Pros:

Good location, quiet room, clean, comfortable bed.

Cons:

There is a serious problem with the air-condition. It is centrally controlled and the guests cannot use it, unless the hotel decides to do so. It was very hot when we arrived, but we were told that the hotel had central heating at that time and that the only thing we could do, was to turn off the heating. The next day we were told that they had decided to turn on the air-condition, but again it was too hot. We opened the windows but huge mosquitos came into the room. Maybe it's a good idea to prefer visiting the hotel during winter time.

Prima hotel om paar dagen te blijven en de omgeving te verkennen.
Pros:

Kamer was niet groot, maar keurig en douche was prima. Ligging hotel is goed: op loopafstand van het kasteel. Vriendelijk personeel en heel goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Parkeerplaats moet je apart bijboeken/reserveren en de garage is best klein.

The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable with a kettle for making hot drinks. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is close to the town with good restaurants nearby.

Great weekend stay in Chantilly
Pros:

Excellent service from reception staff, even before check in. Antoine was great with email replies & requests prior to, & check in also good...smooth & professional & friendly. Shanna ( afternoon/evening) in particular scores top points, & her male coworker/trainee also doing a good job, and both easy to chat with. Helpful with directions/ info & recommendations & general info. My very limited Français was NO problem, and their English really good.
Basically they all seem to be professional, yet warm & friendly.
Restaurant was also REALLY good.
Location is excellent...close to Train & bus, and easy to walk everywhere in town...20- 25 min brisk walk to Chateau.
Ability to get a massage & hammam onsite.( Booked last minute-ish, at check-in)
NICE deep tub & large bathroom.
Spacious room with 2 comfy chairs & table.

Cons:

1)Only there for 2 nights😉
2)Sunday afternoon, while waiting to get AireBus to CDG airport, their bar/lounge wasn't open,& no beer or other alcohol available. Water is plentiful.
3) Instant coffee & plastic (not paper) teabags.

La localisation, la propreté de l'hotel et ses chambres, le confort des lits, la gentillesse des personnes a l'acceuil, la deco de l'hotel, le petit dejeuner, les sublimes tableaux dans les chambres

Le classement en pmr avev un enfant de 6 ans sans nous demander, pas de distributeur dans l'hotel, propreté du restaurant pas terrible le sol etait vraiment sale ..
