The employees were doing their best but the place seemed understaffed. It was difficult to get housekeeping on my 7 day stay. Trash overflowing in the common area trash cans and outside the entrance to the building. Handicapped accessible room reservation was not honored causing a dangerous situation for my 85 year old father who fell in the bathroom on his first morning there. He had to go to the ER and had a difficult week while recovering. We had been repeat customers but will not be back.

Good location, plenty of parking, comfortable bed and spacious room.
Refrigerator was small and barely kept food cool.

Traveling with family of 5, no description of bed arrangements beyond 2 queens. Advertised as sleeps 5, did not. One kid had to sleep on floor.

Location was great. Little road noise but not bad at all. Everything was very clean. Staff was super polite and helpful.
No Hot Tub. No on-site Bar.
Gave us a room at 9 pm since our booked hotel had no working elevator and was suppose to have 1st floor accessible room which we were put into 2nd floor
It was all good
The beds were ok. Kind of on the firm side but better than some hotels. Breakfast was ok.
The pool is small and very cold. I don’t think it’s actually heated. And there is no hot tub which was disappointing. Also, they allow dogs but don’t have a designated dog area so there isn’t really any grass. You basically have to just walk them around the parking lot and let them pee on curbs. They said there is a trail up the street but I didn’t have a chance to check it out.
