Cons:

Так как у меня приложение Uber не работало, попросил на ресепшен вызвать такси, но они объяснили что не могут, причин я так и не понял, сказали чтобы сам звонил и вызывал.

Overall great stay
Pros:

Great stay, beds super comfortable and hotel very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful! Arlex was extremely helpful on the overnight shift.

Only negative is that there’s no self parking option which is weird for Houston. Valet drivers frequently not there to retrieve your vehicle.
