The valet was short staffed. Beds were uncomfortable and long waits for elevators with only 2 throughout the whole hotel.

Pros:

La ubicacion esta genial. El desayuno estuvo sabroso.

Cons:

La señalizacion para el estacionamiento es muy complicada. Y cobran por estacionar el vehiculo cosa que deberia estar incluida en el costo de la habitacion.

Pros:

Such an awesome time at the hotel with family and friends. The closeness to the mall was why we choose it initially! But the staff upon arrival made this a destination for the future, the staff, Ms. QUEENIE, Mr. QUINCY, Mr. ARLEX, and Ms. MORIAH were hands down the best staff we have ever came across at a hotel! PERIOD! PLEASE STAY, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Good hotel except for food
Pros:

My room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff is extremely nice. There were a few minor maintenance issues in the room but those were promptly addressed. I don’t like that there is no self-parking at this hotel, but the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the free breakfast was quite bad and poorly organized. The “eggs” were disgusting (I ate one bite and threw them away) and the oatmeal looked too gross to even try. There was also no milk or cream on the coffee and tea counter, as well as no spoons. Thankfully, I had food I could eat in my room.

The hotel has an excellent location, and the rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was amazing—super comfortable with high-quality bedding. Everything felt convenient and well thought out.
