A terrible experience at the front desk. My reservation was paid for by my company, yet they still charged my card $850 USD. No one on the staff could help me; they kept charging me a new amount every day, and no one resolved anything. The service was awful. If you have the chance, choose another hotel. There's definitely no guarantee your credit card will stay at the front desk.

We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Place Houston Galleria, especially during the holiday season. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel really went the extra mile to create a cozy, festive atmosphere. They had delicious cookies and hot cocoa available during the holidays, which was such a thoughtful touch, and the chocolates were a lovely little bonus that made everything feel extra special. One of the sweetest highlights was on Christmas Eve, when they had Santa Claus at the hotel for kids to take photos. It was magical, well organized, and perfect for families , a memory we’ll definitely treasure. You could really feel how much effort the hotel put into making the holidays memorable for their guests. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location near the Galleria couldn’t be better. Between the excellent service and all the festive details, this stay truly stood out. We highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re visiting during the holidays. We would absolutely stay here again!
