My stay was great except for that lady. She always looked extremely upset. Do better lady

One of your employees, I believe she was the manager, an older bigger Hispanic lady never said hi, never smiled, always looked upset even after I said good morning to her.

Good & convenient place for a business trip in Houston
Pros:

Overall, the hotel is easy going and perfect for a short stay with a nice staff, service oriented. The room was comfortable, very clean, well maintained. Traditional American breakfast but generous. i would not stay there for holidays but certainly a good address for a business trip.

Cons:

Usually the Hyatt hotels are a bit more premium. I just left Jakarta where I stayed in Grand Hyatt and my experience was not comparable in terms of services, breakfast, comfort and environment.
