The location is great, the parking lot is well lit up at night making it feel safe. The room was big and clean, none of the furniture look worn- all great condition. Staff was friendly!
I did wish they offered continental breakfast, but I did appreciate the free coffee and the little market.

Easy check in, staff is very helpful. Hotel gym has adequate equipment for a quick workout. Easy parking and access to amenities.
It was ok
Booked a twin bed room and found we had a single queen bed. Sorted at reception but felt there was some kind of misunderstanding between them and booking.com
Stopped in to Casper and had never stayed at the location but was pleasantly pleased with the cleanliness and the comfort of the room.
Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants.
I would recommend this IHG location and I will definitely stay again!

Dingy, old and front staff was not helpful. No ice for your room and her excuse was that the parent company doesn’t furnish ice for guests.
The staff was very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I was especially interested in the free laundry facilities since we had been on the road for several days. I also used the guest business room, where I was able to check email and print some important copies. The kitchen area was a nice perk. I refroze our ice packs in the freezer. The not so good thing was the low water pressure. Full on caused the restrictor to vibrate (pound) in the bathroom sink. No dining area in the hotel, but there was a Denny’s across the parking lot.
