Nice hotel with all basic requirements
Pros:

Fantastic location with all attractions at the reach of 20mins drive. Only issue was breakfast hall will be cramped if you choose the window of closing hour which is 0900-1000hrs

Pros:

Easy walk to tram station

Cons:

It was dirty and filthy, the bed was as hard as a rock may as well have slept on the floor. It was noisy you could hear everything your neighbour said! We were unfortunate to have two tour groups of very loud people come through who were disrespectful and decided yelling in the hall all times of the night was ok. The breakfast was very average.

Excellent stay would come back
Pros:

The location was very good, the matter MRT station was a 10 minute walk and could get you to all major tourists spots. The atmosphere was very good the staff were very polite and helpful especially grace. The rooms was very clean and it was great value for money.

a cozy, conveninent hotel that’s great for short stays, with a few minor drawbacks.
Pros:

i had a comfortable and pleasant stay. the room’s orange and yellow tones with warm lightning created a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. even on level 5, i enjoyed a nice city view, and it was quiet at night with no noise issues, allowing me to sleep well. the room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. there’s also a mall right beside the hotel with plenty of food options, and transport is easily accessible. the reception staff were friendly and made check-in smooth and easy.

Cons:

the room is a bit compact, making it less ideal for two people with luggage. the toilet has an open-concept design, which may not suit those who prefer more privacy. no bottled water was provided, and only body wash is available, so guests need to bring their own shampoo.

Lovely room at a great price.
Pros:

Lovely room at a great price. Toiletries in the bathroom,even a toothbrush and toothpaste. Plenty of tea, coffee, etc, even filtered water available. Easy to get to from the city centre and not too far from the airport. Breakfast starts at 6am so great for early flights. Good selection of food. Reception very helpful. Called a taxi for me to the airport which arrived in under 5 minutes.

Cons:

TV channels very limited but not that important that I wouldn't stay there again.

Amazing staff
Pros:

The staff is really nice.. especially the two women at the reception desk(forgot to get their names). They helped us in early checkin and gave a cute surprise for our son’s birthday which one of them personally gave us to our room. Touched by the personal touch.

Pros:

The staff were amazing. They initially had us in a smaller room but upgraded us the following day to a much better one with more room and a nicer view. The availability of the local bus network stops was awesome too for anyone looking at using Singapores amazing public transport system.

Cons:

The facilities and decor is dated, not matching the pics online. Pleasant enough though.
