Pleasant but not very clean
Pros:

We liked that there was a mall connected below, and nice food options around. The room was spacious and there was a nice view. Location had a few bus stops that were well-connected.

Swimming pool was nice. There was also a gym we could use.

Cons:

There was barely any housekeeping done over the 5 nights we stayed (we were told that housekeeping is only done on the 3rd day of stay) and cleaning was minimal when done. We caught a few baby cockroaches in our room and decided to move out as a result. There was no drainage in the toilet area as well, only in the shower area.

Location is at least 15 minutes walk to the nearest MRT, so it is not the easiest to get to. The entrance can also be confusing to find when on foot.

Las instalaciones son correctas para un tres estrellas, el personal muy amable.

Cons:

La ubicación, está un poco alejado de zonas turísticas y no tiene una gran oferta de comidas o tiendas cerca. Está en un centro comercial y el acceso está un poco escondido.
Aunque hay metro (10-15min a pie) y varios autobuses cerca.

Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

Room tiny, shower and toilet just cubicles in the room with basin practically in the middle of the bedroom. You had to walk around the basin to get to the toilet.

Stay was comfortable and good.
Pros:

Location was good, easily accessible, reception staff was good and helpful.

Cons:

Restaurant staff was not good, having a toddler is not easy when it comes to food. They didn't let our food inside that area considering we have toddler. Non-cooperative, rushing for everything, keeping eye on your table while eating.

Pros:

The employees always go above and beyond to help us with everything that we need. Each and everyone of them were very friendly and kind. Special thanks to Elma and Francis for going out of their way to assist us. The family room was spacious with a big practical bathroom for a wheelchair user. The one thing that is missing is the hooks for towels in the shower room. Otherwise everything was perfect, location is great, walking distance to eatery, restaurants and minimarkets. 6 mins walk to bus stops, 12 mins walk to the MRT station, laundry in the building, free flow of drinking water with restaurant on the poolside. We had wonderful stay and managed to explore Singapore without the use of a wheelchair taxi. For all the wheelchair user out there, dont be afraid to be here. We've done it and it works :)))

Cons:

No hooks for towel in the shower room. Due to wear and tear, the chair in the restaurant kept pinching my shorts and made hole on it.

Pros:

Chat and Chow was by far the best part of the establishment. Attention to detail the staff were absolutely brilliant. They remembered or drink preferences, room number and were always warmly greeted, for breakfast and dinner. The steak that was ordered in the evening were cooked to perfection. Meals were well presented. not like some high fluting Michelle restaurant. but as all meals should be, put in a plate ready to eat, not as some piece of fancy art work. Meals were of a good size. Again, my thanks to ALL THE STAFF at the Chat and Chow for a job very well done
