Great value for property!
Pros:

The hotel was very comfortable, in a great location, and had excellent staff! Elma and Emily in particular were wonderful. It was also close to a bus stop and within walking distance to the MRT station.

The window faced the pool/cafe so I could not open the window at all, there was no natural light unfortunately. It would be nice to block that area so I could open the curtains.
