The window faced the pool/cafe so I could not open the window at all, there was no natural light unfortunately. It would be nice to block that area so I could open the curtains.

Ad says provide airport transfer we book a day before the stay and they said need transport booking 24 to 48 hours before arrival so that was not possible but when we check in I ask if they can book us for our transport when we check out 2 days after but the staff member said we need to pay an extra $85 which is 4x more expensive than a taxi.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr stickig, da sich die Fenster nicht öffnen lassen. Die Betten sind so hart, dass man als Seitenschläfer Hüftschmerzen hat. Der Wasserhahn war so locker, dass wir Angst hatten ihn abzureißen. Zimmerreinigung alle zwei Tage ist ein Witz. Insgesamt war das Zimmer in einem erbärmlichen Zustand, alles machte einen abgenutzten Eindruck.
