Su ubicación, la distribución de espacios en el restaurante, los alimentos de buen sabor y con una variedad adecuada para elegir, cuenta con un futbolito que le encantó a mi pequeño.
Las almohadas son muy incomodas. El baño no tiene tapete antiderrapante y no tiene puerta en el área de regadera lo que provoca que el agua salpique.
La ubicación, su decoración y la atención del personal cuando tuvimos algún problema el cual nos ayudaron en todo momento a solucionar.
Además la accesibilidad a agua filtrada a disposición en todo momento.
Muy bien ubicada y el staff es muy amable. Resuelven cualquier tema puntualmente!
Algunos cuartos pueden recibir bastante ruido de tuberías y/o vecinos del cuarto.
En general el servicio del personal es bueno y el desayuno me parece adecuado.

Good location and easy to move around
Basic toiletries are not provided. Not even a toothbrush or a flip flop to wear in the room. We got to the hotel tired and the bathroom smells so bad with dust everywhere and a dirty mirror.

Booked on AlAccor App for about 120$CAN a night for 5 nights, including breakfast.
Check in was quick and friendly and was provided with a typical Ibis room, with queen bed, wall mounted TV (99% spanish language stations), ok bathroom with old towels, and view from the street. They do provide a glass bottle for you to fill out with fresh cold water in lobby. Room would benefit from a little renovation.
Breakfast was excellent, with a good rotation of items during my stay, but with a Mexican focus. Chilaquiles, stews, rice, pasta, baked goods, fruits, and jellos.
Location is excellent, next to the Juarez metro station, so getting around is easy. There are plenty of food options around, both restaurants and street food.
Note there is no gym at this location
