They overbook and don’t fill reservations.

Nothing. They overbooked and they couldn’t fulfill our reservation.

Cons:

They didn’t try to contact us once they knew they couldn’t fill our reservation. We had to find another hotel chain after a four hour drive and after midnight. We were exhausted and frustrated. The staff did nothing to assist with accommodations after waiting for 30 mins when we tried to check in.

OK for the value
Pros:

The staff was very nice. Check in was easy. The room was a good size. The A/C worked great and wasn't limited to a particular temp! The location was good for what we needed. The breakfast was adequate but well stocked.

Cons:

The room smelled like dog and feet. :-\ The side and back parking lots could use better lighting.

Great value, great staff and breakfast, awesome condition!

Bed comfort, bathroom size, hotel amenities (gym, pool)

Cons:

No soap in the shower, bathroom forces only one person to be in at one time, gym was missing some dumbell sizes.
