Coquerelle dans la salle de bains.
Les vitres de la chambre n'ont jamais été laver.

En résumé l'hôtel aurait besoin d'être rénover.

So the internet and tv wasn’t working. The place was okay but would not stay there again.

とにかくシャワーのお湯が出ない。Covid 19 前はに滞在したときはお湯が出てたんだが、シャワーが冷水で良ければ立地は良い方なので使えるホテル。

Anyway, there is no hot water in the shower Anytime. When I stayed there before Covid 19, hot water was available. Its so sad. I dont use this hotel anymore.

Bed is small, towels are worn out, front desk are not welcoming always eyeing on you. Cleanliness is okay only one toilet paper a day.

Many broken things in the property.
(Door lock, toilet).
Checked out immediately and went to another property.

My wife and I agree the bed and pillows were very nice, great night's sleep. I wish they provided instant coffee and a kettle for hot water. They do have a hot and cold water machine ou in the hall.

Room was lacking several things we would have liked-- hair dryer, refrigerator. But, the price was good.

Stayed here a lot walking distance to Gmall and roxas friendly staff no issue with guests. For 27 quid with breakfast for two it's a cheap stay. They were doing maintenance on two floors and said the switch over the bed no longer works in Any room hmmm so it's a pain if you forget to turn off the lights at the door TV channels good choice of English movies too

Cozy place. Central to go-to places in the city

Lobby is best part of hotel and the restaurant, The service is the best thing to look forward to; Hotel not so much.Bed was totally uncomfortable. A couple of roaches were present.

Very accommodative

冷蔵庫ありの部屋をリクエストしたら、冷蔵庫を部屋に運んで設置してくれた（笑）一日100ペソ。それなりにしっかり冷える冷蔵庫だった。シャワーは時間帯によりけりだが熱いお湯も出た。次回も使うと思います。

It was neat and clean and quiet and it's just around the city.

Rooms for a huge large bed it 1400 peso per night, I get the rooms with the split type aircon. Large rooms with very large king size beds. Free internet in the lobby, and JP Laurel is like 20 second walk to find all the malls. I have been staying here for over 10 years now.

Nice hotel...at the heart of the city

Not so good. Strong drip from aircon. Had to transfer to another room. No service water in room.
